What a wonderful experience! Our tour guide Agatha was wonderful in explaining everything in English and letting us know where the whales were and basic information about them. She said from the start that seeing whales isn’t guaranteed, and we ended up seeing at least 12 whales and one that came so close to our ship :-)))) well worth the money and the lovely sceneries. Captain was patient and took his time and waited in a lot of spots to make it able for us to see as much of sea life as possible. Would def go with AML from lovely Tadoussac again!

Did the zodiac tour at 1:30pm and had the BEST time! Our captain and guide were so much fun. We saw so many whales it was truly unbelievable.

We had a wonderful Zodiac tour, very professional and we saw all kinds of whales.

Very disappointed after 8 hours drive from ottawa , and wasn’t able to see any of this whales you are talking about,The cruise was packed with people and the clown speaker was keep talking about a whale been seen here and there then he say its a joke!!!! I wish i never booked this cruise it was only a waste of time

We saw whales the second time. Breathtaking and amazing! They gave us a credit the first day because it was cloudy.

1:30pm Zodiac 16 October 2022. Chose a beautiful day. We saw 5 different types of whales inc Belugas which is why I came. We saw a humpback whale breach (jump fully out of the water) right next to the boat. It was really amazing.I love how respectful the naturalist was to have a system of people standing and sitting. While also her English was really great. The narration was mostly French but appreciated the English. The naturalist also said we were very lucky to have so many wildlife encounters and that this was the best tour all year. And for the last few weeks they found a humpback whale and would just follow it on dull cloudy days.I was hesitant to spend the $115 inc tax on the tour but I believe it’s really worth it even if we hadn’t seen any animals. They don’t have a prediction on what is out there. The animals are wild. But I appreciate their patience as they indulged me on these questions.They said on the water it was -15 degrees and to dress appropriately. Im glad I did, but the wind is still very cold. They provide waterproof shells too, jackets and bottom. No shoes. I didn’t get wet at all, but maybe that was the sea-conditions for the day. Had a lovely chicken soup afterwards to warm up.Take precautions if you get seasick! I did and still felt a little sick as I’m sensitive. Enjoy the tour folks!

Really incredible team. The check in people were very friendly and advised us on safety and general guidelines. We bought tickets online for the zodiac tour.The navigator/sailor was amazing. He asked us if we wanted to chance it at seeing a blue whale and we did!!We saw every single specie of whale on the St Lawrence and he even let us stay a couple of minutes longer to see the tails of the whales as they turned.Great team, great experience.

I'd never thought I'd be able to see whales on my first ever trip, the stories of going thru the 2 hour trip and not being able to see one whale was repeated to me several times...but this September of 2021 was the biggest sightings of whales on record.No matter where I looked, there was whales everywhere. Would definitely recommend everyone to try this out.

Disappointed in this company. You pay a great amount of money to spend time at the zodiac and see and learn about whales. But there was allmost no explanation, the dry jackets and bottoms were absolutely not enough to stay warm. The captain kept on moving very fast, without seeing any whale, without explaining. Everyone got soaked and nobody could even sit up straight to look out due to the amount of water that kept coming onto the boat and in your face. Very expensive to sit for 2hours+ while crawling up and trying to stay warm. They said to dress warm but if you are completely wet this is only colder (my hat, gloves, scarf.. everything was soaked) They should have cancelled the trip, weather was not good enough. Chances of sightings were not good enough (that’s why other company’s are still closed this early in season). Also, we went out with 2 zodiacs, but the group was not spread properly. So while we were on a full boat, others had the boat allmost to themselves.. spare yourself some very cold feet and stay away from this companyAdd: I've been trying to reach the company with my complaint and to find a suitable solution (I really feel our safety was at risk). But nobody is responding. I was at the tadoussac office, they told me to send an email, but nobody reacts to that. Then I went by the Montreal office, new email adress and still no response). Very low customer experience.. Stay away people, read all the latest reviews!!Update: Finally had contact but no service, very dissapoiting. They do not give what you pay for, they keep saying to dress warm which is only even more dangerous when you get completely wet. No refunds, they do offer other tickets for a boat trip in montreal or quebec. Very helpfull solution when you live in Europe. It feels like i’ve been scammed. Do not book!
