If I could give then 0 stars, I would. I don't think they have ever delivered a package on time for us. You pay for a 3 day service, in their mind it means 5 days. You call customer service, their updates are incorrect. Told customer service that we NEED this shipment asap. She decided to email dispatch, waited 4 hours, told me the package was unloaded (it wasn't) I called several times to follow up, got a reply of I haven't gotten an email back"

This company is terrible. We had an awful experience. After having to call them 3 times to arrange delivery, they showed up 3 hours earlier and with only one person. The driver was on his own and realized our crates (2 create a of 150 lbs each) were at the back of the tru k so he would have to unload everything first. He also said he would leave the delivery at the front door of our building since they were told not to go inside residential buildings with pallets etc. We paid a fortune for our delivery and this was not the service we expected in return. The driver realized he wouldn't be able to do it on his own so he asked if my husband could help. He ended leaving to do the rest of the deliveries and came back 3 hours later. My husband had to rearrange his work to be available to help lifting the crates.Customer service is non existent. Awful experience. A nightmare. Wish I could give them -10 starts. Don't use this company unless you are ready to pay a lot and do the work yourself.

They do not have customer service, and perhaps have never heard of it. In the end, you will either find another courier option that is better than Canadian Freightways or wish you just drove the item yourself. I do not recommend anyone to trust this company with valuable items or expect their staff to provide customer care when issues arise. All of their customer care solutions" lead back to one single manager who has inexplicably poor customer service skills and is outright rude. Over many years

Went downhill after they joined with TST and now they could care less about BC clients. Go with CD Logistics. They are cheaper and don't upcharge you after the quote has been finalized. Terrible staff that threaten you with emails. Use at your own risk and only blame yourself when they don't return your phone calls. 0 stars if possible.

Really bad customer service!!!! Tried to find out when my package (a 13 hundred pound generator) was going to be delivered and approximately what time. Tried to contact them and got some rep in Alberta that told me that it was a subsidiary of theirs ( Western Cartage) whom are not in business when you try to contact them. Sure would be nice to actually talk to someone in the actual warehouse shipping department!!! Worst ever customer service!!!!

I found their service very frustrating. We had a slightly complicated shipment, with our company, a separate pickup location and a delivery address. Contacted them for rate quote, gave all details, including account numbers, weight and dimensions of shipment... They gave me a quote number and a price. When I called back Dispatch 2 days later, the rather abrupt lady needed all this info again! I said how about you get that from the reference number? Nope, she says, dispatch does not talk to quotes". So useless. They waste your time entering this info again and again... And then I had to input this info again to their online bill of lading. So ultimately I gave them all this info 3 times! Poor customer service that does not respect the client's time. Lucky for them

I had a really good experience with them.Original my they had been supposed to pick up a TV for me.on a Friday in London/Ontario but they didn't come but in Monday :(So I then was to get my TV not on Friday anymore but on Monday in Vancouver BC. Oh well.But then I still ended up getting it on Friday :)When I called their customer service, the ladies had been all.vwry friendly and helpful.The driver was also very nice and I gave him a tip.

Failing to pick up a very time-sensitive scheduled shipment on time is a pretty big deal in and of itself. Not picking up altogether is downright unacceptable. However, it was the fact that they never actually informed us they missed the pick up and we had to find out through our customer who still hadn't received delivery that compelled me to leave this 1-star review.My company is a small, Calgary based natural cosmetics brand and we had a critical delivery deadline for one of our most important customers for their holiday inventory shipment. After CF completely failed to get this shipment completed (which we even paid the freight on in advance) we were forced to send it via air freight to get even close to the deadline. Thousands of dollars of additional cost was incurred as a result, and after months were spent waiting for CF to reimburse us for this they then tried to convince us it wasn't their fault. To add insult to injury they told us that as an act of good faith" they would refund the freight charge we had already paid for the shipping service they never even delivered! If you are considering using them for anything with any kind of important deadline I'd strongly advise taking note of what happened to us here."

the most rediculos and rude company hired f*C* driviers! they parked on the alley and blocked the way. refused to drive away to let other car pass!! i can't drive through because of my large car and the bushes will also scratch my car!
