The team of Suburban Basement did a great job on my chimney redirect. They were professional, friendly, polite and worked hard. I asked a few questions while they worked and the lead worker answered every question. I don’t want anymore basement repairs, but if anything arises I’ll definitely call and recommend them.

I have nothing bad to say about Alex or Tanya. I called about 5-7 different basement companies to come out and look at my basement after just buying a really old house. We are new to Michigan and where we lived prior, we’re have zero experience with basements. All of them tried to take advantage of our ignorance and highly focused on different random “issues” and wanted 10-45 thousand dollars to fix it!Alex was the ONLY one to give me the truth about what was going on with my basement, what was considered normal, what was common, what to look out for, and on top of that, he didn’t give me a crazy high expensive solution to a very small issue.Even what he advised for other “issues” worked and it was free!What he did work on was help preventing an exterior cellar from collapsing by filling it up with a foam miners used to close off and prevent caves from collapsing.He was on time, called me about updates, super tidy and neat, and very well-mannered.I highly recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with their basement. Because he will now be my go-to for anything basement related.Thanks so much!

Suburban foundation repair was absolutely amazing! The owner himself was out to fix my main crack . While there he addressed the I beam crack and stated save your money. Nothing truly to fix . That is a true honorable company . I would highly recommend them for any water foundation repairs.B.Klein

Very easy company to work with. They responded very quickly, I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Q came out did the work, very respectful. Tanya was great to work with, she handled everything for us.They have a great system of emailing you with quotes. The next day the owner came out, gave us few tips. Hopefully we won't need to call them again...lol but if we do I would not hesitate to have them come back out.

Suburban Basement repaired 58 rod holes and a leaking basement window for me on 7/21/2022 at a reasonable price. The workers arrived promptly and completed their work in 3 hours. Since then I have discovered additional leaks, and the owner Alex is responsive to my follow-up calls and texts. I highly recommend this company.

Had an excellent first time appointment with Suburban Basement Waterproofing today. I had an issue on my basement wall & wasn't sure if it was a leak. With new carpeting coming next week, I was worried about the entire situation. They called me on Wednesday & were here today to check it. Alex was very professional & able to fix ihe issue today & I'm free of worry about anything. I will contact them in the future for any new issues that may appear. I highly recommend them!
