Brought my 2022 Chevy Silverado in for warranty twice. Each time I was treated like their best customer. (I didn't buy the vehicle there - inventory issue!!) But they treated me like family. Awesome service. Did what they said and on-time!! Rick in service is a class act-professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated. I have spent a career in customer service and the Gan Chev Olds Team nailed it!!!

I was driving through on my way to Cornwall when my tire pressure dropped. This was Saturday very close to closing and Rick was so nice and helpful. He hooked me up with a loaner" tire and I'm back today to get my new one. Excellent service above and beyond"

We would just like to say the service with Larry (Shorty) and the group at Gananoque Motors was over and above excellent service. They found a SUV for us in two days, the credit application was fast and professional with Warren. You felt welcome every time you entered the building, with smiles and hello.
