Absolutely terrible. We flew in from Toronto on a Sunday and they completely forgot the infant car seat. They’re closed on Sundays so of course they wouldn’t except our phone call. The car rental dealerships didn’t have any car seats either so basically we were stuck at the airport. Talk about ruining our vacation. You obviously cannot rely on this rental service.
