Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Naveen. The customer service was nothing short of polite, friendly and prompt.Having in store stock of the exact model was a huge bonus as other appliance outlets meant ordering one and waiting for a couple of months.I came right back in a week and bought a 27 inch computer monitor and again the sales staff helped me buy a monitor vs just selling me a monitor. Too me that's good business. Hats off to the team!

I received amazing service at this store. The staff are attentive but will also let you browse as much as you like without bugging you. We changed up our phone plan to Bell and received 3 new phones. The transition from old phone to new was extremely smooth and they helped us every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

AVOID AT ANY COST. Worst electronics store ever. They will be super nice to you when selling but any issue with item down the road it is a nightmare dealing with them.Told me when buying that if I have any issues with the unit in future come to store and they will help me. I bought Samsung Sounder with them in Jan 2023 and I started having issues with it only after three months. I contacted them and they said I need to call Samsung. I did and Samsung approved a replacement. Samsung sent the replacement RMA to the store but when I called the store they started making 100 excuses for not dealing with an exchange that is already approved by Samsung. They are snake oil salesman. They will push to sell and never stand behind if unit had any issues. You are on your own. Bestbuy is way better than treating their customer. I had to deal with Manager Karim and GM Jonathan but both had terrible customer service. Never going to buy anything from this store.ever.

We were looking to buy a new TV, we dealt with Carlos and he was incredible. He was knowledgeable, kind and straightforward. He also helped us stay within budget and get a better quality TV. He even went so far as to call us later saying he had overcharged us a little so we were able to come back and get a little more money back. All in all great experience, I would definitely recommend Carlos and Visions!

In need of a new 55 inch flat screen TV & having done some research on pricing we headed to Visions Airdrie. We were served in an outstanding fashion by Carlos Joseph. He was incredibly attentive to our as to what we needed and our budget. In the end selected the LG NANO as the quality and features AND the big one - the value were all amazing. This TV hooked yo the net will get you free TV.Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable on product and with our questions. There was NEVER s hint of pressure - the store selection and the quality off the product and price. Financed no interest for 18 months on my Flexiti card - in minutes - once again Carlos knew his way through the checkout proceedure like the pro he is. Visions also has a warranty that is truly unique - normally I just say no buy I ois like $42 a year for 5 years and if we don't make a claim you get store credit inthe total amount you paid- how cool is that?Carlos - thanks and we'll send our friends your way!

Outstanding experience with Jon Janik. He took the time to clarify our needs, and we took his recommendation for our new dishwasher. There are many choices for appliances in Airdrie and Jon and his team at Visions are first rate.

Bought a television from visions just before Christmas last year. Great value deal (30% off) for a TV that met our needs and expectations.After a year and a half, the remote randomly failed. I went in to purchase a new remote, and John got me set up with a replacement on Goodwill off the showroom floor. Many thanks! Will be back to buy a new sound bar soon.

Excellent staff and great service at this Airdrie location. They are all very helpful, polite and professional every time I drop in there. I've bought TV's, car starters, laptops and just recently audio speakers for my new truck. The young gent who helped me with the speakers was very knowledgeable and even found me a great deal on some Kenwoods. Very pleased.
