Update: shout out to Adam who made this request a priority and came with some creative solutions that ended up not being necessary. After being in touch with him our airconditioning was fixed within a day. I really wish it wasn’t necessary to escalate the issue, but happy to see that that it was possible to get things solved when speaking to the right people.We have had a broken A/C unit way before it got really hot. We reported it right away, but we’re still living without a working A/C more than a month later making our appartement unliveable. I’m sure Sleepwell is a great company when everything is great, but they’re not responsive at all when things need to get fixed.Sleepwell is taking our request at a very low priority and not taking responsibility to fix the airconditioning. It shouldn’t take multiple weeks to get this fixed. We really don’t like that they don’t communicate with us, and only respond to our repair request when we are clearly getting mad. We need to send 5 messages to get one response, and they never call us back when we leave a message at their repair department.I’m a very patient person but you cannot be patient with them, when you do Sleepwell will just not take responsibility and follow up.

Angie was amazing! My move had to happen really quickly and involved some inconveniences given that I am an international tenant and not a Canadian tenant. However, Angie never complained and made me feel truly valued throughout the whole process. She seemed genuinely happy to have helped me find a nice place to live :)

This was, without question, the best renting process I've ever had. Karen from Sleepwell Property Management was incredibly flexible and accommodating for a unique set of circumstances for renting one of the units she manages. She was incredibly communicative and on the ball. Very personable and nice to work with. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Sleepwell is a joke. Worst experience of my life. They cause nothing but headaches, my unit is full of cockroaches, and nothing works properly. Funny sleepwell! I haven't slept well since moving into this garbage apartment. Another tenant lasted a month and a half and already moved out. Sleepwell doesn't care about you, unprofessional.

Angie has been amazing! She was super kind and helpful throughout the whole process of renting the unit. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was overall amazing! I would certainly recommend her to anyone! :)

We had an awesome experience with Angie! She responded super quickly, got us a viewing, and then was extremely helpful with communication even after signing when helping set up utilities and etc. The website is also super helpful for submitting maintenance requests and just keeping track of everything.
