I bought a bedroom set, leather love seat, and leather sofa from Leon's at 2872 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON, M4C 1M1, in February 2023. Everything was perfect, and the sales associate was Juliet Halder, who was really helpful. I am giving them 5 stars for their service and 5 stars for their products.

I'm not satisfied. They don't say anything about the time that your purchase will coming, They Just sell and left you alone,, they send your purchase piece by piece, maybe each time one sofa, a seat or table. Customer is important till payment and then it is your problem to get your stuff. They have some excuse about supply chain, but they know all back about supply chain when they selling and don't say anything.

I had an extraordinary experience with Juliet at Leons. It was a challenging transfer sale/ purchase which means I was buying the items from Leons at Danforth while the items would be delivered to me in another location and from another store of the northern part of Ontario with a different time zone. The way Juliet maintained patience and became creative in finding resolutions for me by communicating with the other store and me at the same time was amazing. She understood what I was actually in need. I appreciate the team work Juliet and others did in the last minute prior to the closing of the store was also tremendous. My experience was great. I would like to commend Ms. JULIET HALDER, Sales Associate, for all her help during my recent purchase at Leon's Furniture, 2872 Danforth Avenue. Toronto. Having visited Leon's in October 2022, I was just window shopping for new Sofas, while looking around, Ms. Juliet approached me and inquired if I needed any help, and before I knew it, I purchased a sofa set. Juliet has a very impressive personality with a very genuine, honest and helpful attitude. Being very confused after looking at so many sofas, she explained the Pros and Cons of each of them and helped me decide on which ones would be best suited for my apartment. But her work did not end there, she made sure my sofas were delivered on time.I have to mention that she has the same helpful attitude after office hours, in case you encounter any problems.It's dealing with people like Juliet, makes someone want to go back and shop at Leon's Furniture.

Furnished my home recently with Juliet’s help. Things arrived on-time, and the one small piece that was slightly damaged was replaced hassle-free. A couch that was not being delivered till summer (personal choice for the item I wanted) actually arrived 6 weeks earlier than expected.Overall, a very pleasant experience.Thanks again.

Felt welcoming in here! The team was amazing and kind. I remember meeting Juliet there and she was absolutely wonderful!! She listened carefully to our detail requirements, gave us much helpful tips, and walked us through several excellent options in the store. We fell in love with Leon’s after meeting Juliet.

Our experience at the Danforth store was excellent. The sales staff were all very welcoming. Selection wise, plenty of options and services available. The sales rep Tarique was very attentive and knowledgeable and responded well to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this store to others!

I have purchased at this location before but the horrible customer service on my last encounter will definitely make it the last! After multiple attempts of trying to discuss my dissatisfaction with the sales person I asked to speak with a manager only to have said sales person pick up the call instead. They over charged me on the initial bill, took a long time to refund me and took a long time in giving me a delivery date. When they called to confirm the pieces to be delivered one of the pieces was incorrectly ordered. I am still currently waiting for this piece to be delivered and it has been more than 3 months. Definitely not worth the hassle and the rudeness I have encountered trying to get what I paid for. The quality of the pieces I did happen to receive are poor and some areas are peeling.

Sanjay helped my husband and I in the purchase of a beautiful love seat for my 88 year old Mother today.We could not have asked for a better person. He was kind, compassionate and understanding of our needs. My Mother can’t wait for her new couch.Thanks so much
