I would recommend Jeff Walters for all of your jewellery needs. I got an engagement ring made there, and the staff took the time to sit and listen to exactly what I wanted. The ring is beautiful. I have been in a few times after to get it resized. All of the staff is so pleasant and welcoming and really care about their customers. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I could not be any more grateful for the Jeff Walters team. I inherited a ring from my grandma and it has been losing little pearls from it. The team here is SO kind and ensured my ring is fixed and even went out of their way to source better ones. I am obsessed with how beautiful it is with the adjustments and am eternally grateful. The true definition of a gentleman! What a great experience it is each and every time I go in to this place. Showed up this evening to get some diamond studs for my 5yr old girl. My husband and I met with Shanon in early February with some ideas to transform the 3 stone ring he brought home for me following his tour in Afghanistan in 2009. I was never able to wear the ring and honestly it didn't suit my style. Shanon listened to our ideas and added her own and what transpired truly impressed us! I was a first time customer and working with Shanon for my fiancés engagement ring was an absolute pleasure. There was no pressure and she helped me pick the best style and diamonds in my budget. The whole team make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Pleasent enough, but I feel they are too pricey. Went to have another ring made with my own diamonds didn't believe what they quoted to be resonable. So I went to another jeweller who charged me 1/2 the amount and did a beatiful job in a 2 week period. Sorry but I wont be back.

I booked an appointment for my son and I to shop for an engagement ring. My son works long hours and doesn't really go online often. I described the type of ring his girlfriend liked as well as a price range. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to freezing rain and the store doesn't open on Sundays so I didn't reschedule. On the Saturday afternoon of the original appointment I received a call from Jeff Walters himself. I was chastised for booking the appointment and told that I should have let my son do it as this is his journey and not mine. I was then personally attacked and basically made to feel that I was controlling my son's decision which couldn't be further than the truth. I explained that myself and my son's girlfriend have very different tastes which I am well aware of and that she and my son had already discussed what she liked. I was flattered that my son chose me to be with him when making such an important decision yet Jeff Walter made me feel belittled and guilty for booking the appointment.Needless to say, my son and I had a lovely day out together the following day. We enjoyed a beautiful lunch together, visited several different jewelry stores and he purchased a beautiful ring which I'm sure will be cherished for years to come.Please don't pre judge your customers before you have even had the opportunity to meet them. Very rude!

Shanon provided us a, one of a kind customer service care. All staff were attentive and professional, very patient and friendly. Me and boyfriend came in to to see if we could get a stuck ring cut off. The staff was soooo nice and helpful and were able to remove the ring on site within a few minutes. They are were all very friendly and the store was clean and very professional looking. Great job team at Jeff Walters!!!!!

I called and left a message on the Fri before Canada Day. I wasn't sure if they were open or not on Saturday. Jeff personally called me back to let me know and took the time to answer some questions and advice I asked for. Most owners would have someone else do this type of stuff.I really was impressed, and his knowledge was appreciated
