Good gym but could be better (in terms of the secluded weight room - which could use an upgrade on equipment and is quite small and crowded). You can, however, still complete all your workouts.Fantastic running track and basketball court and activities going on around you to liven up the place. Has a lot of group activities to offer and “private” rooms where you can stretch and have some quiet time.The change room is lovely and feels like you are in a retreat area - there are couches as well as hot tub and steam room in the change room. There are also plenty of lockers and hair dryers for use!Excellent customer service, clean facility, with a healthy little cafeteria.Tons of parking. Has stairs and elevators for those who need.Everyone is friendly! Gym goers of all ages. No sense of anyone being “better” than anyone. Such a great environment!

This is a beautiful facility. The pool, steam room and hot tub are kept very clean. The swimming pool is quite warm. Plus the gym equipment is well maintained.

Great facility, always clean and quiet. Large parking lot, lots of exercise equipment. Good track for walking & running. Steam room and pool are good, unfortunately the steam room is not consistent and only works some days. Overall best facility in the area, worth the few extra bucks.

Fantastic facility. Folks: you’d pay $200/month for something similar in Toronto.I do moderate weightlifting and cardio. They have various machines for that. It’s nice to switch it up and play basketball, pickle ball, and badminton. The pool and hot tub are nice to have too. I joined in October of 2021. I believe that the hours used to be longer. However, the current hours are just fine.I’m appalled by the negativity of the people that left 1-star reviews. These are the same people that when they win the lottery, they complain that it was only 50 million instead of 100 million.

Nice clean facility. They have an indoor track and steam saunas and hot tubs. Large clean change rooms. Lots of cardio equipment and a gymnasium for basketball or racket ball.Only complaint would be that free weight area is small and for the size of the facility it is poorly equipped.The saunas are also not very hot.Also better wear your mask otherwise staff will be quick to go after you to put it on.

Great place overall, membership price is worth it if you take advantage of the offerings. Aside from the normal gym equipment etc., pool access is limited as well as badminton courts. No free swim as such and booking badminton can be very difficult at times. Gym floor is divided in two, half basketball and the other half is split between badminton and Pickel ball. B.O. seems ever present but all in all a welcoming professional environment.

Absolutely wonderful facility with high tech gym machines, indoor track, basketball and badminton courts. Best in the area.

Always clean and not overly busy like many other gyms. Staff is great and there’s a very non judgment vibe because there is a high majority of people just trying to be healthy and less of the crowd that just wants to look crazy ripped. Not always easy to reserve the badminton courts as they tend to book quickly. Wide arrangement of equipment aswell.

This gym is fantastic with all their weights, excercise equipment, pool, sauna, hot tubs, basketball court, programs and more. The gym is huge and cleaning staff ensure that it is well kept. It is a little bit pricier than other gyms but, the quality makes up for it. I would recommend this gym.
