Was craving for ice cream in the scorching heat outside. Nearest to me was this place so decided to go for it. Ordered 1 scoop salted caramel I’m not sure though which one I got as it tasted like vanilla instead. Quantity was so less and was already melting. I used to eat purdys a lot before pandemic and I felt the quality has dropped down badly. Highly disappointed.

The staff are so sweet. There was one staff named Shauna. You just can’t not smile around her! Too much of a kind hearted person. The ice cream flavours are so nice as well and the price is is incredible! I truly do recommend trying this place. Never going anywhere else.

I absolutely LOOOOVE working for Purdys, I love my customers and Purdys family.I was given the most beautiful support during the time of my mother's passing, my district manager Allison T, Elaine C, Peirce&James have all showed love and compassion. That's so so hard to find in a place of work now a days.I enjoy going to work each shift and couldn't ask for better staff and management! Thank you Purdys for being here for me and my family.Thank you to my customers who come to see me regularly and to new customers also.Simply THE BEST PLACE TO BE! (Square one location)

5 stars for the ultimate ice cream bar! I've been coming here for years just for this ice cream. Vanila ice cream double dipped in Purdys chocolate and rolled in almonds, just heavenly.

Wouldn't sell me Easter chocolate on Valentine's Day even though they had them out back. If a customer flys across the country because they don't have Purdy's in their province one would think a silly corporate policy could be broken. Tow the line!

Square one purdys I've ordered a scoop of chocolate fudge ice cream on a cone $4.25 + tax: $4.80 The size of the ice cream cone is like a kids cone. I regret my purchase that I made I've should've went to the competition. The ice cream portion size is too small definitely not worth it. It's not even considered a single scoop of ice cream. I'm not satisfied with what I've paid for at least Baskin Robbins & Laura Secord portion size is much better. I'm very disappointed! what a rip off!!! I highly don't recommend this location.

I love Purdys, or at least my wife does! I also love that this is a Canadian franchise. Lots of great choices in this high quality chocolate. They have a maple one which is always good. In Square one on the bottom level near bell. Yummy!

This is one heavenly outlet that my Family including me regularly frequent to enjoy their Classic Bar. The making of the same is a treat to watch. The Staff are friendly and make our visit always pleasurable. A very near outlet to relax after a hard day's of shopping.
