It's affordable for most if you restrict alcohol and visit during Wed or Thurs deal days.. staff are usually great

The food was good, atmosphere was good however the service was lacking. It was very very slow at first, basically we were ignored and say at a booth for about 20-25 minutes before anyone actually even asked us if we wanted a drink. The servers need to understand that it is important to acknowledge their customers first and lot let them sit for extended periods of time. Once we finally saw a server then the food and drinks came. We almost got up and left. I’ve been told that this establishment is known for exactly that issue. Management must train their staff appropriately.

Very good value. Great service for friendly staff. Will pop in here again before I leave.UPDATE. Had the burger and it was the worst pattie I have had. It was the poorest quality burger. Even McDonald's burgers are better.

You can’t go wrong with jungle Jim’s. It is some of the best food that the East Coast has to offer. Kidding, but the food is delicious and the servers are very friendly. We stopped in here for lunch on our way into Gander and had a very lovely experience. The bathrooms are very clean and they were well-stocked with hand sanitizer. We got nachos, fish tacos, and a honey garlic chicken bowl. All of our food came out quickly and was warm and delicious.

The food was pretty good, it came out within an okay time frame but not exceptional. The cheese on my sandwich was a little rubbery but there was a lot of chicken on it. It would probably taste a lot better with some sauce on it as well. The dessert I had, while incredibly delicious had large plastic bits in it and all they did was ask me if I was sure it was plastic even though I had it right on the side of the plate for her to see. It wasn't something that was edible and regardless of if it was actually plastic or something else it should not have been in there. They brought me a new one and didn't even bother asking if I wanted it taken off the bill.

We went on Thursday steak night and as per usual the service was beyond amazing.. our steaks came out blue but they fixed the problem and even gave us a discount for our meal.

Unfortunately there was a fire in the kitchen so we weren't able to try too much on their menu. Food was still pretty good, a bit greasy feeling. Considering we shared an Appy and had coffees, it was pretty pricey. Staff was friendly, and food came out quick. Fun atmosphere, and nice private booths.
