This store is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet which is excellent for my sensory issues. I LOVE that they welcome well behaved pets as my dog got to shop with me and help pick out his own Jack 59 dog shampoo. I loved the Jack 59 products that I bought myself (the detanglers are my favourite) I also really like the solid perfumes that I found they have really unique scents. I got my boyfriend a burbon scented one and my own highlights were the cherry and almond and the cotton Candy and lime one!The staff are really friendly and really helpful. I love the array of crystal bracelets as well! I thought everything was priced well and loved supporting local! I go every time that I’m in the area!

I purchased a dry shampoo, it colors my white hair oranges. I tried to return it or exchange or store credit, to no avail. They told me to return to manufacturer. I contacted manufacturer and they would not take a return that was not purchased there, so not happy. Stand behind the products you sell.

I love the selection and unique stock. A beautiful store. There were two staff but neither came to greet me and my sister or see if we had questions, which we did. Loved it otherwise. This was at the 124 Street location.

I walked into The Makers keep at the Grand this morning! Wow! I was so blown away by the products. It was super hard not to stay there all morning picking out items for myself and family. Thank you for your kindness today and all year. I follow on IG and have now found a new local shop to buy from!
