if I could give a lower review I would..took a month to get a slider. Couldnt get a quote for insurance..finally after contacting LMD offices they manage to get it moving..Then I get an invoice from Chiiliwack for an unpaid balance of $706!! Why? Beacause they ordered the slider under the contractors name not mine..i wonder if contractors get a better price...(because I paid non contractor price)..AFTER I paid upfront and waited 2 weeks (wrong size slider was ordered..had to wait again THINK TWICE in using this company if you are in Victoria..Chilliwack was great to deal with..these guys..once windows are in the are impossible to deal with..good luck getting a manager to fix the issue..he's not in..we cant give you his number"."

We had a very good experience with Westek in Victoria. We had a couple issues with them at certain stages of the process, but they were extremely helpful when we brought these issues to their attention. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy at the end of the day:We bought a 10' slider made from two 5' panels. It looks gorgeous and we saved thousands of dollars due to their technology and pricing. The slider works great and looks amazing. I design and build log homes and high efficiency homes. We recently built a new Net Zero home for ourselves. I chose Westeck windows, as they offer a very high quality window with an excellent performance/price ratio. I was positively surprised that the price to upgrade from double pane to triple pane windows was very reasonable.Westeck also didn't charge extra to adjust the coatings for each window to get optimum solar heat gain and best insulation values.Delivery and service was flawless as well. After installation one of the windows was a bit hard to operate, which was very quickly fixed after one of their technicians made a small adjustment to the opening hardware.Overall I'm very happy with an excellent high performance product and great customer service.

Right from the start Karl L or Victoria BC. was a good listener for what we were looking for in our home. He is very knowledgable about his products and we felt comfortable throughout the sales process, he even let us know when a price increase was coming down the pipe in advance. Karl has answered every email in quick fashion and has always been there to answer any question/request we had, even 9 mos after we took delivery, he is still responding the same day. I highly recommend Karl, his team and the product.
