Amazing place and staff :) was looking for a heel wedge for my Achilles’ tendon injury and I found this place online. The heel wedge I purchased from bioped for 30 dollars was rock hard and had no cushioning. Called this place and Jerry picked up. He offered to make me one with cushioning with no cost as it only took him 10-15 minutes! I went in the next day and got one made. They are high quality with good support and a thin cushion layer on top. Feels amazing and my Achilles’ tendon feels much better with these ones on. When I asked how much they were, he told me that I didn’t have to worry about it. Jerry is fantastic and this place is quality. Will return in the future :).

I had a few questions as to why during and after running hamstring of one leg feels more worked on than the other. I thought it could be due to wrong set of shoe or some misalignment. Adam there knew his stuff, he thoroughly analyzed the walking, foot length, etc to see if a simple alignment in shoe could fix it. His advice was really helpful and most of all in clearing the doubts that I had. He also heard rather patiently and provided some suggestions for my wife's aching foot after a long walk. Moreover, he didn't charge us a dime citing it wasn't busy and didn't take much of his time having said that we did take some of his time but he let it go. Oh did I mention he suggested neither of us need anything from his shop rather a Dr might be able suggest some physio sessions to better align things in my body. I had a great experience there.

I recommend those guys because they were the only store who could provide me with the ankle strap (large size) when I got my ankle injury.The guys were very attentive and careful with my ankle. Very good service!!!
