Applelicious bread had very little apple pieces in it. Compared to Brampton location which has enough apple pieces you feel your are eating an apple danish. Lemon raspberry scone was okay had the right amount sweet and was dry, but flavours could be stronger.

Delicious variety of bread and pastries. A bit pricey but worth it. All food items are baked on the same day. Make sure to join the COB's Club to earn points to get discounts and other offers.

Amazing baked goods great service from the staff . My favorites are the hot cross buns and scones sourdough bread. Great place to shop .

Amazing baked goods with the sweetest workers ever! They have a wonderful selection of food to pick from, with the chocolate raspberry croissant being the best I've had, no doubt. The wonderful lady at the front was kind enough to offer me both a pumpkin scone sample, as well as a sample of sourdough bread and challah loaf, all of which were to die for. I really appreciate the quality of food here, as well as the extensive kindness that was demonstrated. I will definitely be returning soon. :)

I never leave reviews even when the experience was bad, however I need to leave one today because I was not happy with the customer service experience at @cobsbreadnorthoshawa today. It was my first time visiting Cobs bread and unfortunately we had a poor and unprofessional customer service experience with Jeremy at the front line. We had a few very simple questions about the breads since it was our first time there, however we did not feel like he was receptive to those questions but rather condescending instead. He spoke to us with attitude, he was impatient with us, and he rolled his eyes at us. It was not a very welcoming experience. Hopefully he can be coached back on this so that he can continue to grow his customer service skills, because they truly do have a huge impact on whether or not people will return.-----------------Hi Sheri, it seems like I cannot respond to your reply so I will respond here instead. Google reviews is a comfortable space to leave constructive feedback and experiences. It also allows future customers to get a glimpse of the establishment, which is integral. I did not feel comfortable with my interaction in the store and therefore would not have felt comfortable calling in to share this feedback. In addition to this, your response is giving me the impression that you do not believe what it is I'm saying and are more concerned with checking in on Jeremy, which further supports my stance of not calling. I am sure he did not intend to come off this way but nonetheless he did (Intent vs. Impact is very important to remember). Making sure your customers are leaving feeling welcome and okay is just as important as making sure your staff does (in reference to you checking in on Jeremy). Just tried Cobs Bread for the first time today. Right off the bat, I was greeted and felt welcomed. The tall man with glasses was amazing, very helpful. He recommended the sourdough bread and scones and they were awesome, best scones I’ve had. Definitely will be back.

Amazing place and very friendly staff. Bread is so fresh. I bought cross buns all three kids for my kids and they loved it. Very unique style and very fresh. Wide variety of ideas of food and that’s what I love about this place.
