Everything is explained to you step by step. From taking the sleep test to using the equipment for the trial period plus gives you frequent updates makes the process very easy to follow and achieve goals.

The test is very affordable and the staff was very professional and courteous. Although my initial set of equipment malfunctioned, but they provided exceptional customer service to make it all right even though it was slightly inconvenient. Equipment failure inevitably happens but handled with professionalism and care.

Professional service, data driven of my health and sleep progress. It's why I opted to go with the CAREiCA versus the provincial government program.

I appreciated the time and effort that they put into my problem. It felt like the focus was helping and not selling, so that was a big appreciation from me. The staff were very nice and accomodating.

Staff at Careica (Millar Ave and 8th Street, Saskatoon) are great. They know what they are doing and help beyond what is asked. I had prompt service on phone and in person. Everyone on the team helped each other to serve me well.

I am no impressed with Careica Health. I REALLY get the impression that they are a company interested in SELLING their equipment rather than health care.I did the sleep test and waited over 1 month for the results. I called 3 times and sent emails to see what the status was. I did NOT receive any reply.On July 7 I called again and finally was able to speak to a person. WOW after numerous attempts I finally get a real person on the phone.I was told my results JUST came in this morning. Isn’t that convenient??Was told to come in to have my test results explained and receive a training session.OkOh!! By the way that will be $300. That is in addition to the $75 I paid for the test.That does NOT include a machine it is just for the explanation and the mask and tubes.It seems Careica is very interested in promoting and SELLING their equipment.I am sure that after the trial session they are going to try to sell me a $2000 APAC and are going to down play using a less expensive CPAC system.I will write another review after my “results explanation/training” visit.

Very knowledgeable, explained things clearly and in ways you would understand. Brooke knew more about my extended coverage than my provider did.

Went to my Dr. Monday to ask to be tested for sleep apnea and on Wednesday I got a call to make an appt. They sent emails to explain the process of the test which I could do from home and video as well. When I went to pick up my test kit they were great. Went through the kit with me upon pick up which was great as there was no problems then when I did the test that evening. Drop off next morning was so easy. Now I await my results. Thank you Careica for making the test process easy.
