Like many others I booked an appointment online and had to wait in line without any of the staff coming outside to check on the line this has happened twice now to me on separate occasions, so this is a consistent problem they have that they are not addressing. Having an appointment for this location is a joke because you’re waiting in the lineup anyways. If you have an appointment, just skip the line and walk in!I got there 10 minutes early. There was a lineup with about a dozen people ahead of me. After 15 minutes of waiting for an employee to at least come outside and go through the line to ask if anyone had an appointment, I asked the people around me if they did, and one lady said she did so her and I just walked in. I told the lady at the desk that I had been there 10 mins early for my appointment and 5 mins after my appointment and none of the employees came out to check for people in the line with appointments, nor do they have any signage outside that states appointments can just walk in. I was told by another staff member that “it’s only 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment” and I told her that I could’ve been out there for another half hour had I not walked in because none of the staff was going to check the line.The lady at the desk said she’d help me after the person she was helping and she did. I got into a chair right away and then I heard them call the lady that came in with me that also had an appointment as well.The staff member that came in to draw my blood inquired about the situation and I told him and he said in the future when I have an appointment to skip the line and walk in. If I choose to go back to this location, that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

Not only they are short of staff and you have to wait more than an hour even if you got an appointment , they don't even know how to take a blood or take a VMA test! I have been doing VMA test twice a year for more than 12 yearsand the receptionist would not accept it and resist on that I have no idea how to do it , so I was entirely wrong!please DO NOT waste your time here . they have NO IDEA what are they doing !

I made an appointment on line and found the wait time really good! Probably only took me 10 min. to wait... I was in for a blood test and the technician was great... The nurse at the desk taking my info was also really good! They were pleasant and professional and got me 'in and out' in a short while!

Seems smaller or way under staffed than any of the other local life labs in Abbotsford.Save a spot is a joke service they offer which is no different than showing up as a walk in lol, not recommended for their newest location on Bevan.Nurse last night was near the end of shift as it was nearing closing and was quite rude and was very hasty in attempting to hurry me through, she dropped some of my blood samples on the floor and when trying to hand me my urine sample containers she dropped one.Feel sorry for the employees tbh since they feel the non stop intake of patients and can only imagine the strain on them.

I went with my mom to get her blood test done recently and had a great experience! My mom is extremely terrified of needles and faints very easily. We notified the person at the front desk about this and she let my mom have a separate room to lay down in to get her blood drawn. The nurse, Fenny, was also so amazing. She used small needles so they hurt less, and even seemed to have a tool that helped her locate the vein as my moms were hard to locate. She was so kind and encouraging to my mom when she was breaking down. She is an amazing nurse and deserves a raise!

Terrible life labs location. Save my spot" is a massive joke. Nobody checks the line at all. Even people with appointments have to get in the line and wait. Will be the last time I go to this location."

Horrible conduct. They call you into the back rooms,keep you waiting there for over an hour, then kick you out when you ask why it's taking so l8ng. Very unprofessional conduct. They should not be open as a lab at all. Instead of having to give them even just one star I would rather be taking stars from them. Like a -1 to a -5 star rating because that is the worst I have ever been treated at any lab in my entire life and I have had to get bloodwork done every 3 months for the last 32 years regularly.

The nurse who took the sample was quite friendly and that’s the only reason I gave this place 3 star. Don’t take my words but the lady at front desk can ruin your day. Unbelievably rude. We have no other options and they know it, thus we have to take it right?
