I was only on hold for an hour and called 13 different numbers before I got the right one!!!! Call one number explain everything and they tell you that's not their department then give you a number to call that's the right" one 12 times... I spent my whole day just trying to get the right person ones I did thought she was fantastic! But it was alot of hassle that could definitely be avoided with updating your information!"

My experience with Evie Lipton has been horrific.It’s one thing to have a bad experience with a lawyer, but how this has hurt me has left me feeling unheard and in an awful position.When I disagreed to not meet with a doctor the way she wanted , and clearly expressing absolutely not to those terms and that now as Lipton would not accept absolutely not but kept, in my opinion, badgering me. My health is very poor and Lipton made last minute changes to a scheduled event that were not in my opinion acceptable. I was repeatedly asked for more explanation to my refusal. It was obvious to me it was time to see Judge. Then at Court my letter to her and texts from me, family and others was ignored and not addressed at Court.If I am not allowed to speak and then my representative doesn’t address it then I am in a bad situation, in my opinion. Even now I am in receipt of correspondence that fails to address the letter, texts, my verbal conversations as to the situation change, and texts and calls from others in regards to this matter. It paints a picture of only her side whilst leaving out information.
