Ok I have to share this...I come through this drive thru often and I am served sometimes by this lovely girl (I believe she is the manager, if not she better be!) Today she did something that made me thankful there are positive women like her. I always order barbeque sauce and today I forgot and she reminded me and put one in the bag. Your observation and dedication to your job is so noticeable and by your smile and positive demeanor I can tell you personally are going to be even more successful than you already are.I thought about this while my fries didnt go unaccompanied.They should rename this location from Burger King to Burger Queen in dedication to you.Thank you :)And the melts are banging :D6/6

Great Service and Food. The server who took my order(I think his name is Sahere) was incredible. He was extremely patient and able to get our order perfect. I mentioned to the manager how good he is.

By far the worst BK ever. Food is cold, soft drinks are so watered down it might as well be soda water, service is bad, order inaccurate, on more than one occasion they ran out of buns or other condiments like pickles and tomatoes. Something is definitely wrong with management at this location. I keep going back because it's close to home and kept hoping it'll get better, but it hasn't.

We visited this burger king lots of times with my family. Everytime we met unhappy and unfriendly personels there. Also if there busy you have to wait to much time. Personal Doesn't care the customers. We won't come again. You should thing about it if you have to go there.

You can stand at the in-line waiting to place an order, and the few employees that are working at this short-staffed location are guaranteed to look past you, as though you're not even there. And should you be so lucky to have your order taken, good luck finding a clean table, because keeping the dining room clean at this location, is of no urgency. After repeated experiences as described herein, never again, will I visit this horribly run location.

This is one of the worest fast food resturant you can find in GTA. I have been there a few times. Once, I got there for breakfast, they told me they don't have egg, and they asked me to grab breakfast from Tim and consume there. Once, the coupon in my apps is not working 10:25, I asked the staff to help, however, the staff is too busy, need to take care for the drive through order. The staff come back after 10:30 and told me they can't do breakfast after 10:30. I asked if they can overide, the staff as well as the manager just walk away. What a customer service you can receive from there!

Bacon is raw and inedible, and then the mix and match long sandwiches are just regular burgers ripped in half or two smaller very thin burgers. I honestly shouldn't expect much but this is awful. The dining area is filthy and has an awful smell to the entire place, I would avoid this place entirely as you make get food poisoning.

It's newer store at the time writing; thus, it's clean and tidy.My order was ready promptly but not too quick to leave it uncooked properly. Staff were fast to acknowledge my presence at the counter and the manager was on hand and oversaw the interaction and food preparation.There are enough tables and booths to accommodate people sitting and enjoying their orders without making patrons rush out after they finished their meal.

Terrible service. Had to wait for more than 15 min just for someone to take our order, and there was no cudtomer before us. Waited another 20 min to recieve our order. Fast food?.... I dont think so.

Worst customer service,Do not try the drive thru because it take long time, even you go inside it take a much more longer to get you order and make it for you
