I have to give one star to post review , otherwise i would not give any. Worst service ever. I think the owner of the dealership should pay attention to the staff as i think because of them he/she might be losing business. Worst Sales manager(no professionalism) and top of that unprofessional Financial guy. Its like they don't even know what they are doing. They took 3 days to approve my loan and that too i have to call hundred time to get any info and there sales people keep on lying . they told me that they have the car which i wanted in other dealership and they can get it for me and after that they make my next 5 days as nightmare. and eventually i cancelled my deal with them. And i went other dealership they took only an hour to finish my loan approval and i got the car in a day. Never ever i will recommend them to anyone. Plus when you go to the dealership you see no gratitude or you feel like you entered a garage. Again worst Salesperson, worst sales Manager, worst finance guy.

Excellent service. CAA towed my van in because one tire was totally flat - completely off the rim. Expected to have to buy a new tire but they were able to repair it at a much lower cost. Also had a noise from muffler. They found it was the exhaust pipe and covered by warranty which was much appreciated for a $1000 part!

Worst ever! My visit was the 1st and the last. ZERO customer service skill from the staff in front desk who was not clear about service fee to the manager who last thing he cares about is customer. After useless conversation with staff and manager, I ended up paying extra amount than what I was told and agreed for!

I attended my first scheduled appointment with this service department today for an oil change, and wheel locks for my 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Being new to this dealership, I had lots of questions surrounding services for my car. Although I found the staff VERY helpful, many answers contradicted eachother. However, to my point... When the service staff from the garage brought my Challenger to the pickup location and turned the car off, I noticed a long liquid trail in front, and under my car, and later found that this trail was also to the service bay. When I asked the staff to come outside to investigate this possible leak, they immediately took the vehicle back to the garage for further investigation. It appears, told by staff, that a new trainee failed to clean off the old seal properly on the old oil filter, and placed the new filter which caused an improper seal resulting in a major oil leak. First, I want to thank the staff for dealing with this issue immediately however, I asked the staff why a trainee was touching my 100,ooo dollar car? This could have blown my motor, which is about 20K from Mopar? Then about an hour after leaving, I noticed my HP readings were incorrect, which to be honest, confused me. Well I had to return. The staff again were great and the Shop manager came out and found the problem. Somehow, my settings where altered. No idea how this happened but glad that it was found and was on my way again. An interesting day that could have cost dodge a 20K plus bill if I leaked all my oil. I gave a 3 star not bc of service but because of two things. Lack of consistent information and second, lack of attention to detail. Someone should have noticed the hellcat was leaking alot of oil from garage to pickup area. Why did I notice it and not them? I noticed bc I'm invested in my car. It cost over 100K and its mine. Please treat our cars with pride and care! This could have ended badly for all of us. Thank you Erin, the shop manager, and Harmon for helping me today. Erin, your honesty on said events were refreshing and to be honest, saved me from losing it when I saw the leak!

Service at Brennans is terrible. Complained about rear glass being defective only months after purchasing a brand new Jeep Rubicon from them and they insist it's not defective and not covered. Fast forward 2 years and finally the rear glass spontaneously exploded and now want over 1K to repair.After voicing my displeasure, they told me I could leave. Horrific customer service and I would recommend going to any other Chrysler for service.

Service center is not good. Very bad reception, with wrong report. Parts are 10% higher that other service centers.They wrongly diagnose my Dodge Caravan on Airbag light, only issue with one damaged wire! They told us to change the seat airbag and jumper need to to change, price $2000. Our local mechanic today diagnosed, it was simple issue with one wire, he charged only $140. I'm too much upset as they are not doing their work properly.

Davinder and Sam have been exceptionally helpful with my Dodge purchase. My experience walking into the dealership carless, to rolling out with my vehicle has been nothing but a pleasant experience.Davinder and Sam took the time to go over all vehicle features/specs and financial components. They have been transparent and honest with my questions and concerns.With the car I wanted, there was an estimate that I would receive my vehicle between 2-3 weeks to up to 2 months. This is understandable considering the backlog and demand for cars, but somehow Dixie Chrysler managed to work their magic and get my vehicle 5 DAYS after placing my deposit. Unbelievable.I am really happy with my experience and with the car. I got lucky to work with an amazing team! Looking forward to doing business with them again.
