I love this store, good t shirts, large selection of piercings, and they got a wide variety of 18+ toys.

Went into Spencer’s yesterday with a friend looking for new graphic tees and was met with a very unpleasant experience.we were shopping around the t-shirt wall when a young associate greets us politely. she comes back around after a few minutes, watches us put a t shirt down and instantly picks it up to fix its placement. she continued to pick up every item we put down and even grabbed a shirt from my hand as i was folding it back up to return it to its shelf and passive aggressively says, “i’ll take that thank you.” then speeds away as if every step we take inconveniences her. At one point she was so close to us i could have tripped over her as she was adjusting the shirts on the bottom shelf when she could have waited for us to move to another section of this tiny store to do what she needed. Again she comes back around and sees we’ve placed our bag on the ground to look at a shirt from the top shelf and immediately asks us if the bag was ours. i pick up the bag and respond “yes sorry” and she responds aggressively again, “please don’t leave your stuff on the ground thank you” and again walks off. i can understand that the bag may have been obstructive but the way she was acting our entire shopping experience made us feel the most uncomfortable and unwelcome we’ve ever felt while shopping at this mall. if you can’t understand customer service then respectfully, retail is not the job for you. I wasn’t able to catch the young lady’s name but she had dark hair with blonde bangs, a double nose piercing, and tattoos. contrary to the young associate, the man (with curly hair and glasses) at the front till was very pleasant while ringing our items though; the young woman beside him was on her phone.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is a bit crowded, I sometimes find myself turning around and almost hitting a shelf of items, but other than that, great service and lots of cool things.

Cashiers always a sweetheart but employees wandering around were following us around the store and getting very close to us. We ended up leaving due to discomfort.

Spencer's is a fantastic store, they have a great selection of products. I found the staff friendly and helpful and knowledgeable on their products.The store is always clean and tidy, due to covid they are only letting in a set number of people at a time.

Rude costumer service they accused my little sister of stealing last time we were there and I've been going to spencers for years before but the last couple of times the workers just follow you around and act like you're some shady person which im not sure how I'm a dorky mom with glasses. Anywho my sister had earrings she decided she didn't want to buy right now so she just put them down somewhere yes not where they were supposed to go but still she went right up to her and asked her very loudly if she took the earrings and she was quite thrown off guard and quite frankly embarrassed. Will not return to this location.

hey there I just wanted to say that im the goth dude that comes in weekly this is my go to store I try to come once per week and cheers to that sweet lady with the long blonde hair she's awesome my names David and im a happy customer

A bunch of staff cornered and accused me and my friends of stealing when were apparently standing in a spot to long even tho I was just telling them about the fake plants

worker refused to even let me look at product, after showing ID. Told me I’m not in my mid-20s and can’t buy from there. Left and went to this is cannabis, found the same product, and guess what? I looked at it. Thanks for alllll the help. Literally just asked what it was.

Staff was super friendly. Bought some septum piercings and the lady behind the counter helped explain how to put on ones I had not seen before.The store was very clean and the layout was super easy to follow. I will definitely go there again for my piercings.
