Brampton Emergency Hospital

Peel Hospital is a joke...Lab tech on personal call for over 15mins!!!Overflowing Waiting room to get blood work done, line up is now in corridor only to be told ,they don't have labels.And we should go sit in an already filed waiting room,she wasn't aware because she is not doing her job to keep the patients inform.So now sitting outside again, not sure how long we'll be waiting for labels to be printed to get blood work done.This is a JOKE!!!!

They deserve a 0 rating. Worst service for patients. They don’t care even the patients is dying in waiting area of emergency.Hospitals in India have better service than this Brampton Hospital.

Brampton civic emergency don't deserve 0 rating. It's worst experience with them every time. Government must have a look at this. This is make for emergency help where we have to wait for 6-10 hours longer. Staff and doctors are so rude. If you can't treat well then why you are here. Yesterday night my niece went hospital through ambulance at hospital around 10 pm. She had a worst experience. Ambulance staff left her in between without any help at registration. Registration was asking for walk herself however she can't do it. Then blood work lady was full in aggressive and she did behavior very bad. She hurt her arm and there is big bruise still there. And last but not least. Doctor said why did you ambulance.he was so rude. He did not treat her. Even he did not explain her the problem and not about the medicine he gave to her. No one want to come hospital. If anyone comes there is reason behind it. Shame on whole staff of emergency. If you don't wanna work then leave this job and work at any warehouse that will be better for you.

I'd rate less if possible. Came here with my spouse to find out the gender of our first child, we had an appointment for 1230. she didn't get in finally until 1pm. and we were gone by 1:10.They rushed the appointment, and refused to take the time to do a thorough ultrasound. They just wanted to get it done and move onto the next patient.On top of that, they refused to let me into yet ANOTHER ultrasound appointment. My spouse left in tears as she felt robbed of our gender reveal.Now we refuse to go here, private practices will take the time to be thorough and ensure the patient leaves feeling stress free. definitely worth the cost to use private ultrasound clinics.NEVER GO TO BRAMPTON CIVIC...

They deserve 0 rating,Waiting for more than 6 hours still can’t see the doctor.I suggest everyone to go somewhere else.

I came in because I just had surgery yesterday and I have a catheter in place, it’s blocked and been blocked of quite a few hours. I’m in intense pain and they said everybody has to wait just as I do. They said it can take up to 7-8 hr before seeing a doctor. She was being extremely rude and no compassion at all. Ask me if I was vaccinated and when I said no she replied saying “your not vaccinated” I said NO from that point her tone changed and was so rude. Denied my husband to come in with me to help push me in a wheelchair. Just disgusting care I’m ashamed to know I live in this town knowing if there is an emergency they just DONT care.

To be honest I feel like these nurses and staff at this hospital get paid to be rude. My dad had to sleep there over night. I respectfully asked if it's possible for my dad to get a bed to sleep on as he was on a couch.. an older nurse was actually acting like she was 14 years of age. She goes like we don't just give you beds when you ask for it. I'm like so is it possible? She said maybe!!. It really hurts watching our nurses, which our kids should look up to, acting like kids!!.

I wish i can give them 0 rating. Waiting for more than 7 hr and still can’t see doctor. Ask to receptionist she told me “ no ideal how much time will take “ . Not calling any single person from more than 2 hrs. If you don’t have enough staff please hire more staff then loosing patients.Canada very well developed but forgot to develop their health system plus hospital. Also humanity comes first for you but doesn’t applied on health care system as more of the staff is rude.Worst health care system and service
