Always have great experiences when dealing with this Macken company. When they finished the job at our home, everything worked/ looked great! They are a very knowledgeable, energetic, and reliable outfit. Even being small and family owned, they do their best to fix problems, plus work with and accommodate customers. We had a vent to our septic tank get mangled and when I called on the weekend, Julie was quick to respond and we had Ethan come out within a couple hours. Both of them displayed quality customer service and Ethan was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue w/in an hour! Awesome!

Macken Septic Services was incredible! They came out on SATURDAY, very quickly after they were called. Septic tank clogged and backed up into basement - yuk! Their guys were friendly, courteous and professional. The cleared the clog quickly.

I called due to an emergency situation about 10:00 am yesterday and they were out around 2:00 pm. They completed the work in half an hour.I cannot say enough about the 2 men who came out, friendly, courteous,efficient and cleaned up upon completion.Julie the office girl was great working me into the schedule. She is a great asset to the company.Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

When I called to make the appointment the woman on the phone was so personable and professional. When the guys came out they were amazing, very professional, courteous. Left the back yard in just the shape it was before the pumped the tank. Amazing company, will use again and will recommend to everyone!

Very pleased with response and service provided by Macken. We have used them in the past as well, but this particular day was to remedy a backed up system. Julie responded to me on a Sunday, and the next day a real nice guy with real good driving skills to back his rig all the way down my narrow driveway came out. He was very friendly, and showed sincere concern, not just a do my thing and go person. He wanted to make sure everything was good. Luckily it was just a plugged filter that he cleaned out, and then pumped out the tanks. Happy Ending, thanks Macken, will surely see you again.
