The place is typically pretty sticky feeling and smells like your average theatre. Try and get reclining seats if possible cause the other ones aren’t great. Image quality is good tho. And beware of the pop corn, there’s a 40% chance if you buy it you may spend the night on the toilet as me and my friends have found. Buyers beware?

Normally a great experience. April 15/23, Saturday 4:45 pm, a busy weekend with Mario Bros and Air playing and only 2 ticket machines are working. Get here earlier than usual as line ups are very long.

You would think that while they were closed during Covid they would have taken the time to do a deep clean of this theatre. Great movie, awesome service from staff. However the washrooms were disgusting. It smelt like pee, gross floors, dirty stalls.

Come here often to watch movies in iMax. This time I tried their new Screen X. I was very impressed with the movie experience. We watched the latest Indiana Jones movie and it was very cool. The side screens really immerse you into the movie like you are there. Definitely worth the extra $$$. Can't wait to watch Mission Impossible next week.

Always enjoy imax. As usual it was comfortable seats in the baack row (more leg room, I'm 6'6) and good picture and sound. Was as it should be."

all the staff are amazing this is not about the staff this is about cineplex themselves. I have autism, and I love movies. but theatres are scary for me and they are loud. I saw you guys offer sensory Friendly but it only happens Saturdays every 4-6 WEEKS!! that is HORRIBLE. as a person with autism I am disgusted by u guys, JUST MAKE IT ALL THE TIME OR AT LEAST MORE FREQUENTLY. I'm sure everyone with autism/sensory disorder would REALLY appreciate it.

We waited 10 minutes in line with several other people to buy tickets because there weren’t any employees behind the counter or nearby. Finally an employee came over to help us but she couldn’t answer our question so she called over the manager who was super condescending and rude. He was snarky to the employee as well. Horrible customer service especially considering it’s $50 for two movie tickets and a popcorn. Will definitely be going to a different theatre next time, hopefully one where our shoes won’t stick to the floor.

Pretty good place to spend time with your beloved.Much better situation with staff than in Cineplex silver River port Richmond.I was able to buy popcorn here without long useless waiting and ask some questions. Definitely recommend this one as service is better.
