Always a good event

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle online from your fall auction. Thanks for helping get her home too!

I was disappointed that many of the vehicles that I expected to find at the sale were not actually in attendance on auction day. I was advised after the sale date that I must have accessed the wrong pages of the website when researching the available vehicles. The location in the building itself was difficult to find as the signage was non-existent once inside the doors. I will delete one star for each of the above concerns. When I finally found my way to the event, the location and process appeared to run quite smoothly.

: I signed up for online auction in which number 1 it said I was too late which I was thrilled as it is ridiculous to expect people to pay 50 dollars just to watch and maybe bid. also because it said I was to late I went out for the day. then when I got home I received email saying I was approved. I have been a long time supporter of your auction and the whole thing really ticks me off. I cant get over that you really expect people to pay that it is sad that you guys as a local company feel the need to gouge people. yet the big ones like electric garage don't. anyways I would expect this charge to be reversed based on your emails please and thank you. I HAVE BEEN GOING AND SUPPORTING THIS AUCTION FOR MANY YEARS THIS WAS THERE RESPONSE TO ME VERY SAD WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMEND THEM AGAIN BAD BUSINESS BAD JU JUThe terms and conditions were clear as day. It’s for bidders not spectators, and it is not appropriate for people that take the time to come to the event and purchase a card while Someone sitting at home can bid for free. The systems in place and staffing to fulfill online bidding require fees. The fact that you signed up late, didn’t read the Terms and then suggest you are being “gouged” is pathetic. You can call me directly Monday if you wish to discuss this, otherwise it is what it is.I will not respond to another email, but happy to discuss person to person.

They keep old listings online so you pay a lot to view a disappointing inventory. Poor website layout unfriendly manager

A good selection of cars and well displayed (2023) at the New Horizon Mall. I missed the excitement of a live auction and I wonder if online contributed to many cars not meeting their reserve. The online bidding technically worked well though.

I purchased a vehicle from out of province. The manager is unhelpful, unfriendly, and very unpleasant to deal with. This will be the last car I purchase from this auction, as it was an uncomfortable experience.
