Winn Street Laundry Center

I had a great experience with Winn Street Laundry. They are very hard working folks, friendly & extremely helpful. The equipment was very well maintained and the everything was organized…..they do tons of business and we had no issues navigating around the building. Kate and the other staff were outstanding, the best. If you are in the area and need laundry done….don’t go anywhere else….this is the place. Thank You, sincerely Thank You!

Super friendly staff who are more than willing to help! I wandered in not quite knowing what to do and the lovely staff members came up and quickly helped get me started!Great service, clean machines and cheap washes! For a small load it's $4,an additional $1 to buy detergent and 0.25 for 4 minutes of drying

First of all, it smells like heaven in there! Every employee I have encountered is the sweetest! Fast and friendly service. Excellent prices, lovely staff, would recommend.

I am. traveling nurse and I look up facilities on google. So i look this place up and if you are not a loyalty member u basically have to wait on a dryer if there are none that are not labeled loyally card only or the one that say out of order. So i got $20 worth of coins so i’m standing waiting on a dryer so i went and ask the young lady what do u have to do to get a loyalty card i don’t live here and it really doesn’t make sense to get one well of course she ignored anything i had to say hand me a card said go over there and load it i told her i have all these coins i just got from there can we change it out she said no took the card back and walk away.

I use Winn Street Laundry Center’s delivery service. They pick up weekly, wash/dry/fold and deliver it back to me. Super convenient and my clothes come back smelling amazing every single time. Did I mention their customer service is out of this world amazing!? Seriously, it’s like someone traveled around handpicking the nicest, most helpful people and they all ended up here at Winn street. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Nice and clean space, well maintained. Sufficient parking space outside. Staff is very fried and helpful. They offer to wash and dry fold it for you. The washers are decent size. Coin and card operated. Overall nice experience.

Clean and friendly. Staff on premises are beyond helpful..... Best around. Beware that dryers are slow - takes a full 40 minutes to get even a small to medium load mostly dry. Elderly and COVID-19 vulnerable should be aware that some staff are unvaxxed and masks appear to be optional at this time despite high infection rates in area. Parking is convenient - a big plus.... Washing machines are all modern front-loaders and perform well.

The machines never bog down like ive seen at other coin op laundromats. They have an excellent rewards program that is actually cool the day your laundry is done free on them and most importantly Sandra is kind and cool AF offering great conversation you wouldn't typically expect at an ordinary laundromat. Employees like this embody the effort and integrity I see in myself so I know that the owner is lucky to have her. You dont always see people this dedicated to service but I must give credit where credit is due.

Your service and staff have been fantastic: from signing up for an account, to selecting my detergent scent level, to arranging a pick Up and to getting my delivery all were easy and convenient!
