My Dad has been here one week and I am so happy I found this home. The staff are all very caring and sweet. They really care about the residents. The rooms are bright and spacious with private washrooms. It has been a really great place for my Dad so far! As a bonus, some of the staff bring their dogs which is a real bonus!

Warm and Cozy Review:My wife and I have known Rekha, Sudhir, and Safal Suryavanshi for 15 years. We can still remember when they proudly opened their first care home in 2011.Rekha, Sudhir, and Safal are hardworking and caring, people. Rekha brings tremendous organizational skills to the care homes and she has a good eye for details. Sudhir is consistently upbeat and brings with him a sense of humor and joy of life that cheers people up. Both are skilled physicians with the ability to access the needs of their elderly clients. Safal provides administrative skills and a knowledge of business.The Warm and Cozy care homes are modern facilities with many up to date features. The Suryavanshi team used their knowledge of caring for people to help design these homes. Spacious rooms are available for each client. In addition, each home has a spacious kitchen, dining room, and several common areas. Clients are encouraged to interact with one another.Privacy is insured for each individual.The care homes are staffed with nurses and caregivers that are attentive to the needs of their clients. All the staff take a team approach to running the day to day activities of the homes.We have visited the Warm and Cozy care homes on many occasions, including on special events such as Thanksgiving. We have shared meals with the staff and clients on such occasions and can say that the food was excellent and the hospitality amazing.We highly recommend the Warm and Cozy care homes. Mom moved to a Warm'n'Cosy home in Evergreen in spring 2021. After a long hospital stay, she needed continuing support with everyday living. We have been so pleased with her adjustment and improvement. Safal, Rehka and Sudhir (the owners and operators) are involved, concerned and committed to making the residents feel like they are home. The aides are caring and helpful to Mom and her family. Thank you for providing this excellent facility and service.

After an exhaustive search for a suitable home for our Aunt we happened upon the new Warm “N” Cozy facility on 110th Street W.The facility is outstanding. It offers four gathering places for the residents! All of which are well furnished and designed to be practical while creating a feeling of “home”.The staff are patient, kind, and resourceful. Services are customized to meet the individual needs of the residents while creating a relaxed atmosphere of respect and caring.Research revealed that they have passed all Food Safe Inspections, perform Criminal Records certifications on all staff, and have met all government standards flawlessly.If your loved ones cannot be at home; this is the best alternative.Albert Olson
