Great location along my drive to work. I always pre order my order so it is ready to pick-up and carry-on, every day my order is perfect. Do not dare go in the drive thru if you don't have lots of time to idle your vehicle, it can be a long wait.

This is the absolute worst location! I have never ordered here from the mobile app and had my order ready by the time that is estimated on the app ( which is always 10-15 minutes after the order is placed). The staff seems to be always busy chatting when I get there. There’s days where they’ll have half the order sitting there ready but haven’t even started on the rest of the order by the time I get there; which is always AFTER the estimated ready time on the app. Extremely disorganized. Even the drive through takes too long every time. I don’t understand why you have the mobile app ordering as an option if you can never keep up with the orders. Absolutely ridiculous. I have given this place way too many chances and they never seem to be getting better. On two occasions they have delayed my order so much that I have requested a refund as they haven’t even started my order when I arrive, and when I ask to cancel the order they take a long time to process the refund that I end up regretting ordering from the location to begin with. Absolute waste of time, I will absolutely never be ordering from this location again due to the long wait times and unorganized staff. Other locations are much busier and much faster with the same amount of staffing.

Every time I order an iced coffee with milk here it’s inconsistent every time. Either a weird after taste that doesn’t resemble coffee or too bitter. I enjoy bitter tasting coffee but this is beyond what it should taste like relevant to other stores. I have had the same experience for the last 8 months ordering the drink here. The service is fine though.

I tried once more to come to this location…I’m done. Every time I get a drink it is very inconsistent or just taste gross and watered down. The iced matcha was made incorrectly, tasted bland and so many matcha chunks in the drink. Sadly wasted $8 for a poorly made drink.

Great place for a get drinks and something to eat. Dont go through drive-thru the wait is so long compared to other places similar to this

My partner and I order from here through Uber eats a lot. The other day we ordered and our coffee was missing. We called just to let them know. The girl we spoke with on the phone (wish I knew her name) was nothing short of amazing. Her customer service is off the charts spectacular. Honestly her level of professionalism and positive attitude negated the fact that some of our order was missing. She let me know when we order again she would keep her eyes opened for it and add our coffees in that were missing from our order. I didn't think she would remember but thought the gesture was really sweet. Well we ordered and low and behold our missing coffees from yesterday were in our order today. She even added in a cookie as seen in picture. Honestly there aren't many employees left like this out there. Stars bucks you should feel lucky to have her employed. A raise is required for this little gem of yours!

I went here with a couple of my friends to study! The workers were so kind and made us a tester of two new drinks so that we could give them a try. They were SO good!! I wouldn’t have tried them otherwise but now I will definitely get one moving forward, especially the new matcha strawberry drink!! Super awesome staff super nice environment

This is the only location that never makes my online order before I arrive. I've even ordered 10 minutes in advance they still wait until I arrive to make it. May as well do drive through. Defeats the purpose of online order.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks location in the entire city. This is closest one to my house but I started going to a further location because of the wait. Regardless if drive through is full or not, wait time is unacceptable. Anytime I ask why the long wait they say short staffed even though I see multiple people walking around in there. Must be poor management or lazy staff.Save yourself the time and go to another location.
