These ladies are always so nice! They helped me with the first time sewing a costume after my grandmother passed away and helped me figure out how to adjust my pattern to fit my size. Will 100% recommend here every time!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always deals on bin end fabrics. Although I dont visit often as I am not good at sewing it is a hidden gem to find fabric for crafting or for kids costumes and playforts.

Staff unwelcoming, rude, unprofessional and not qualified. BEWARE to those coming in for a specific measurement - make them MEASURE the fabric in front of you or they will just lie and say it’s what you’re asking for.I asked the woman 3 times for a specific measurement for the fabric I picked. She assured me this was the “standard measurement” ( it wasn’t) thankfully I have an amazing seamstress that was able to make do with what was given, no thanks to the worker.After getting the fabric cut I went to the cashier and waited while 2 coworkers talked as I just stood there - assuming they’d get back to work and confront a customer. After a couple minutes I had to interrupt them with an “excuse me” they both continued to talk during my payment and paid no attention.

I have shopped at this store a few times in the past and found the staff to be very unfriendly but today took the cake. I tried with 2 different women to get some help. The first girl was so busy writing something on a paper that she didn't even look up and finally pointed to the back of the store. The second an older woman was busy straightening fabric and pointed me in another direction with a very vague description of where to look. That was enough for me. As I was leaving, I told the woman behind the desk what I thought of their unhelpful staff and that I would drive the distance to Fabricland in Burlington where at least the staff are friendly and helpful. I won't step foot in the Welland Ave, St. Catharines store again!!

Great selection of fabric for any maker. Some staff could be nicer but most are super helpful. I’ve found some great stuff there for my accessories. They sell everything from decor to speciality panels and it’s well designed so you can find things easily. I love that most of the staff are also creators, and wear their work. It’s so cool to see the things they make!

Was there Wednesday May 17, 2023 with my Mom and dealt with the nicest lady ever. She was so kind, so professional and genuinely so helpful. (Brunette working until close) I think she was a supervisor or manager and if she was not she needs to be.

I have been coming here since I first started making pet Bandana's and Bow Ties. Everyone is always so helpful. I just want to mention Julianna who works there; first all she is the sweetest kindest person I have ever interacted with. She always remembers me (which makes me feel good I will admit) and she is always helpful. I recommend this fabric store for anyone who is beginning to sew or a pro. They also gave me contact information for someone in case my sewing machine ever breaks down!!!! They go above and beyond here!

Pretty much what you would expect from a fabric store. It was more commercial as opposed to a quilt shop.
