My husband and I can't recommend Alina enough! She made the entire process of our wedding photos so flawless. From our first meeting with her, to our engagement photos, to our wedding photos and all of the details, emails and planning in between. Her bubbly and energetic personality made us so comfortable to work with. Alina photography was absolutely amazing to work with on our big day. She has such a pleasant and friendly demeanor & it made it easy for us to be relaxed and really almost forget the fact that she was taking photographs. Our photos turned out so beautiful. Alina was really good at instructing my husband and I on what to do to get great shots. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alina on our wedding day. Our beautiful outdoor fall wedding at the end of October made for some stunning shots with the colourful leaves. I'm absolutely in love with my entire wedding album. Highly recommend Alina Elvins Photography!Not only did she take the photos for our big day but Alina is the one who pointed me in the direction of Harding Waterfront Estate and their AMAZZZZING elopement package. All of the vendors and people including Beth, our wedding planner, made our big day run so smooth and I absolutely couldn't have done it without them. I needed to plan our wedding very fast trying to accommodate to have my papa present, whom unfortunately passed two days before my wedding. :'( Everybody was so so so supportive in helping me focus on smiling and enjoying our wedding day. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of which helped me focus and enjoy the moments.After the wedding Alina also ordered prints for me and the quality is unbeatable. I ordered 4x6, 5x7s and 8x10s and am so very pleased with the quality of the prints as well as the speed in which I was able to pick them up! Would definitely recommend Alina to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. She went above and beyond!! Thank you Alina !

We hired Alina for our wedding in July 2021. Our package included engagement photos but we could never work out a time so Alina said that we could do it next Summer. She never followed up.My partner and I were expecting our first baby and we reached out to Alina to see if she could do family portraits instead of engagement photos. She agreed.When our baby was born in November 2022, we contacted Alina and she gave us only one time slot (the only option). We made it work.Last minute (two days prior to the session) Alina cancelled because her kids were sick. This is understandable and we appreciate her thinking about our/our newborn’s health.However, due to the short notice, we were unable to find another photographer.The thing that disappointed us about Alina’s service is her unwillingness to accommodate to reschedule in a timely manner. The next time slot that she gave us was in February 2023 despite us telling her that we are very flexible and can make any time work. We find this to be unreasonable.Babies grow and change so quickly. We wanted to capture the early days of our baby’s life. At this point, our baby is now 2 weeks old. Because of this, we missed our window to take newborn photos professionally. This is very upsetting for a first time mom here.I feel as though because our owed session was from over a year ago, it was not Alina’s priority. Because of her unwillingness to accommodate and provide a make up date in a timely matter, we decided to forgo the session with her altogether.It also took Alina a year to send us the USB for our wedding photos. This was after we had followed up with her for it.

Alina drove down to Toronto for an engagement shoot at the Scarborough Bluffs. She recommended the perfect time of day for the best lighting and minimal crowds, and also gave helpful advise on attire and clothing colours. During the photo shoot, I she was so cheerful and upbeat that everything felt natural. Time passes quickly when everyone is having fun! Most importantly, I love that her approach to editing makes the photos look bright and vibrant, with the photos having more of a spring/summer vibe (personally not a fan of the sepia look).

Alina beautifully captured my fiancé and I’s engagement photos this past summer and it was an absolute joy to work with her. From the get go, she was easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable.Having never done a shoot before, my fiancé and I were nervous but she made the entire process so fun and guided us through the different poses. No awkwardness at all! She was also so quick to send us the final pictures. We didn’t wait long at all! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, I highly recommend Alina, especially if you’re looking for a light, airy style for your pictures.

We had a Fall mini session with Alina at Scotsdale Farm, and Alina was amazing! She was super friendly, and we felt very comfortable posing for the photoshoot. We had fun expressing ourselves and Alina captured great moments. The final photos exceeded our expectations, and we are happy to have these memories even though we couldn’t have our wedding yet. If you love light, airy, dreamy and super romantic photos, Alina will make your dream comes true.

A couple of months ago, my fiance & I headed over to Terre Bleu Lavender Farm to get our engagement photos taken. Alina Elvins, actually gave us choices of where to take our photos and once she gave the option of Terre Bleu, I knew we had to pick that! I actually found Alina through Instagram and am SO happy we connected because the photos she took of us are breathtaking! The light colours and airiness of the photos make us look straight out of a fairy tale.The whole experience was so fun; it went by smoothly and SO quick (so quickly that we were sad it was finished). My fiance hates having his photo taken, and after our session was finished, he wouldn't stop saying how easy and fun the experience was. Alina was so friendly and made us feel like superstars. She did have set poses for us, but was open to other ideas from us.I would HIGHLY recommend booking any engagement shoots, weddings, or any other special events with Alina. She made us feel so at ease, and we couldn't be happier with our photos. Alina was so professional, but warm hearted and it felt like I was seeing an old friend.

Alina was amazing! Both she and her assistant did an incredible job at capturing all of our special moments, even when we were running behind schedule! She was kind, flexible and so easy to work with. We would recommend Alina to anyone looking for a wedding or event photographer!

Alina is a one-of-a-kind photographer! She not only captures the best photos, but she is able to make your day feel so amazing and special. When my husband and I were getting our photos taken, it started raining and we thought we would never get the shots we wanted.. but Alina took charge, distracted us, made us laugh, and captured the best, most natural photos in a short amount of time before it started pouring! I was blown away by what she was able to capture, and how her vision came to life. I cannot say enough good things and would recommend her to everyone! I came across Alina by chance on Instagram and am so glad I did. As parents of a rambunctious toddler, my husband and I were apprehensive about doing a family photo session in a studio, however, Alina made us feel so comfortable and at ease in front of the camera and was amazing with my son (likely due to her experience of having 3 boys herself!). During the shoot, she was so positive, professional, talented at capturing fleeting moments and suggested a variety of different configurations and poses for us. We LOVED how our photos turned out and have gotten endless compliments on them. The turnaround time was also very fast and she gave us so many photos. I would not hesitate to recommend Alina for family portraits and other lifestyle sessions and will definitely seek her out in the future for other shoots!
