Design Building Centre
We worked with Design Building Centre team on selecting the right engineered hardwood flooring and they provided top-notch service and advice. They helped us choose the best product (Mercier white oak) for our renovation and assisted in determining the amount we required as well as the correct trim/mouldings and even the best adhesive and application tools. Excellent service and we'll definitely be repeat customers.

Great store. Lots of stock. We bought a beautiful hardwood in a warm brown oak. Dylan, our sales person, was particularly knowledgeable, not condescending or aggressive. The reason for the four stars rather than five, is that it is not as hard as expected. Not their fault. Their prices are reasonable and our wood arrived in 10 days! Very happy!

5 star service from Rick and 5 star products!!!! I had my flooring replaced after a local refinishing company ruined them. Rick guided me through the replacement and I ended up with a beautiful product. So pleased. I then replaced my rail system to match. Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks Rick and DBC team for quality and service.

I cannot recommend Design Building Centre highly enough. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rick, and he ensured the process of picking out flooring, purchase and pickup went smoothly. He went above and beyond by answering all my questions, and giving me demonstrations. He understood that I am a DIY landlord. Rick and everyone else there was a pleasure to deal with. I can’t say enough positive things about the kind way I was treated. I should also mention, that when I first walked into the showroom, I was dressed in a very scruffy dubious fashion. I felt a little self-conscious as normally this would have attracted negative attention from sales people. But not at Design Building Cente.

i built a house at a time where you really needed to have a creative mind and the ability to imagine the final product as the entire world was in and out of lockdown. dylan and rick were exceptional in making sure i had anything and everything i needed to make decisions with confidence. directions on where to research products online, curb-side pickup for samples, keeping an eye on delivery times so my project wasn’t held up because of shipping delays. our air nailer even went on the fritz halfway through installation and they had one ready to pick up next day. the hardwood and heating vents i purchased are stunning and i absolutely love my home.
