I pride myself on being able to repair simple things on my computer, but it had completely shut down and would not reboot. Anis took my system right away and diagnosed it as needing to be replaced. Which was totally understandable because it was an older system. He advised me on what type and what grade of system I needed and he was able to make the transfer and return my computer as it was prior to it shutting down. It is now like 10 times faster and I have all my family photos and documents saved. Thank you again Anis.

Had the best experience today. Had a problem with my Mac powering on. In a few minutes I was told that it just needed a new cord, no charge. I had brought my 2008 Mac in before for Repair and they were outstanding and reasonably priced.It's nice to have a small business take care of customers with integrity.Highly recommend for all your computer needs.

From the first phone call to visiting their store, our experience was awesome. They haven't charged us anything for the diagnosis, and they provided very fair quote for the solution.
