Abysmally bad service. Sales guys don’t return calls, take a week to respond to an email. Then they drop the ball and screw up the order again and again.Time to let heads roll and bring in some fresh talent guys. Hire more sales people, the existing ones are obviously overwhelmed. Covid or not this is no way to run a business.

Ordered a specific item over the phone, gave them the name and the catalogue number. Drove to pick up few days later only to realize that a wrong item was delivered. Was told they don't carry the item while it is clearly on the website. Waste of time.

Been ordering from Motion for a long, long time. In fact I still deal with the same sales person from when they were Commercial Solutions. I really appreciate having my go to" salesperson at Motion who knows my company's needs.They can usually source well over 90% of new products I am looking for
