If there is more than 5 stars I would give to this very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable Doctor. I had a great experience with him , my hair started growing and I had no issue since I started doing my PRP treatment with him . He always followed up with me and ask his secretary to call me whenever I need to set up an appointment , he gives great care to his patients. I recommend him to everyone who has issues with hair .

I would rate my experience with Dr. Cotterill and his staff 5+!After an incident several years ago, I received a skin condition that made me lose a section of my hair. There was not only hair loss but scarring as a result from the incident. Through the consultations and the surgery, Dr. Cotterill and his staff had been nothing but kind, knowledgable and always willing to answer questions I had through the whole process. It has been around 6 months since I had the surgery and my hair is growing and becoming fuller everyday! I never thought this would ever be possible but Dr. Cotterill made it happen for me! I'm so grateful for everything he and his staff has done and I hope that this can help anyone who is interested in getting a hair transplant surgery!

Had a virtual consultation with Dr. Cotterill in March 2021. He came highly recommended by my hair stylist.After asking me a few questions to understand my desired outcomes, he recommended and FUE procedure. Even though Dr. Cotterill specializes in FUT, he was transparent and recommended what was best for me. He suggested a couple surgeons that specialize in FUE. He was patient in answering all my questions even though I was not going to be a patient.I really appreciated his transparency and assistance and would recommend him to anyone looking for a FUT procedure.

Was by far one of the best and most informative consultations I've ever had. Dr Cotterill was very approachable and explained, in detail, all options available. He made sure he answered all my questions and that I was satisfied with his answers. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and no pressure tactics at all.

I've had the privilege of using his service for over 6 years now and am so happy with my hair transplants that have given me back a sense of confidence that I never thought was possible. He work with you and makes you feel heard and apart of the process. He is always punctual and will answer every question with an excess amount of knowledge. I've heard good things about this hair specialist.I've reached out to his office 3 times over the last 2 weeks and left a voice message each time to start the consulation process. But I haven't been able to get a hold of them nor have I heard back.Edit: Dr. Cotterhill personally reached out to me through phone and email, and made sure that I was able to schedule an appointment.I'm impressed by the quality of care I received from Dr. Cotterhill during my consultation! He did an in-depth assessment of my hair and took time to clearly explain why I was having this condition.He then went over each of my treatment options in great detail including procedure, efficacy, possible side effects and cost. I liked how he presented each of them in an unbiased way.He showed me the before and after photos of patients who had my condition so that I can set realistic expectations and gave me a prescription to start my treatment plan.I'm glad that I had the consultation with Dr. Cotterhill and have referred a friend to him since then. I've also updated the google rating I initially left.
