I always come here everytime I'm in the city, I buy my work shoes from here as I need a pair nearly yearly since my job requires me to be on my feet all the time. They have a lovely section of woman shoes for running, casual wear and summer. Haven't been in the winter season but I do love their summer collections. They also have good deals sometimes.

Good afternoon,My name is Laurence and I’d like to tell you a bit about myself before I explain my experience today.Firstly I’m not a survey guy I’m too harsh a judge on the level of customer service, and I know that anywhere that offers a survey needs a perfect score for it to qualify so I don’t like doing them.I have over 20 years customer service experience, I am an account manager for a large company I take care of western Canada.So I’m ale on the hunt for incredible talent. (Keep that in mind famous footwear)I came in today to purchase slippers for my wife. As a consumer I always find myself having to ask for help but not today! Angel greeted me with a fun sassy “hello hun” I knew instantly I was getting an experience.I said hello back and that I needed help.Angel playfully started counting down from 3 insisting she would find the solution to my problem in seconds.These in a 9 I pointed to the display. She scurried off and found them joking with me the entire time.I asked at checkout if there was a survey and was disappointed to find out there is not. I was directed to google and angel promised me this would reach her manager.This employee is an incredible asset to your company. Do you remember what I said earlier about me always looking for good people? Well I assure you once a position opens up in my office I will be back with an offer letter for her. You need to do what you can to keep her forever, she is the most valuable asset in your polo park store.Thank you Angel for the world class experience in your store today.

Excellent customer service! Placed order online and received a phone call to pick up very quickly! Very easy to use o line order and store pick up. Very friendly staff when I went in to pick up. Will definitely order again!

Angel is the best !! she helped me find soccer boots and its really hard to find ones right now. she was so friendly and super nice person. best service experience.

Staff was super helpful and extremely friendly, store had lots of stock of everything I was looking for( sandals/slides) and lots of brand name shoes.Prices where a bit better then other places.Would definitely return in the future for other footwear needs.

Decent sales on occasion. They have the common shoe brands while maintaining budget friendly options.Extremely friendly staff who help without being intrusive.If your introverted, they are chill enough to let you be.

I was at the Polo Park store and was served by a sales clerk, named Angel. I have never in all of my years met a more accommodating and incredible sales person as this one named Angel! She was absolutely amazing!!! The whole episode was a little bit of a story, but just know that she gives you incredible service! And if her manager was in, I would’ve gone straight to her and tell her that, that woman deserves a raise! You do not find people like that in stores ever anymore!

Bought my son's shoes here. There are a lot of shoes to choose from and they also have good discounts on some of them. Nice and clean, too.

Worst customer service ever. I know by the end of the day and the shift we are all tired, but that’s not excuse to be rude to customers for asking one question. Never going to back to that location, honestly drove me away for good, I loved the sandals I picked up, now I’m getting them online somewhere else.
