I have made appointments with Walters Appliances to repair my refrigerator. I have received confirmation by email and text plus call to confirm the model number. Appointment confirmed between 11AM 2Pm. I received a text around 11.45 AM. That my appointment cancelled without any explanation. When I called to verify they put me on hold. Not very reliable company.

I would highly recommend Walter's Appliance for any and all your appliance needs. Neil is honest, trustworthy, friendly and always tries to give you the best options based on the scenario. I will only ever use Walter's and will always recommend him to all my friends and family. I have used him for my stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher and am so pleased with every time I have interacted with Neil.

Our Maytag fridge stopped making ice and the temperature alarm had activated. Walters attended and corrected both issues. The fridge is back to normal without requiring new parts. Great service and very knowledgable.

Disappointed and I do not recommend. We paid $90 for nothing. He didn’t know what was wrong and kept saying I don’t know. Recommend we replace 2 parts and that would probably solve the problem and didn’t fully put the back on and left screws on the counter. I’ve never heard someone say I don’t know and I don’t care as much as this guy. Waste of time and money and we’re no farther ahead but $90 short and a complete waste of our time. He had a great story that he thought was funny of how he dropped a cat off at a farm because it was too much work and it was hit by a car and killed. Great guy….

Amazing service!Walter arrived on time, he was completely professional and pleasant. He got straight to work, he assessed our washer and dryer as both were not working properly, fixed both on the spot no second visit required. Cost was way lower than I thought the repair would set us back.I highly recommend him, and I will forever use this company in any future appliance repairs. Thanks Walter!
