First time visited the clinic today and was amazed by the service and technology used. Dr. Ackerman is knowledgeable, professional and really patient with kids. My 9 years old son got hit with a baseball in his eye and the DR did a full check up and eye examination to make sure everything is ok .. really appreciate the service.

It has been a great experience having them as our service provider. Efficient, in time, good warranties and very useful interaction with insurance providers. It’s always stress reliever to be here. I just came in 5 minutes before closing - that’s a Saturday. My daughter had broken her glasses and she couldn’t really survive without glasses due to her prescription. The lady stayed to help us out and stayed late by 30 minutes.Thank you for the great service !

After being in a car accident and being referred to Dr Akerman for Vision Therapy due to a concussion I sustained I can honestly say him and his team are so kind and knowledgeable. I had a thorough vision test before beginning my treatment and saw Dr Akerman weekly to help with my vision issues I was having after my accident. We completed multiple exercises in our sessions as well as being given exercises for at home. The improvement I saw was incredible. After my sessions ended Covid hit and my job then became virtual, with this my old vision symptoms came back and I needed a vision check up. Dr Akerman and Karen got me in right away for another thorough exam and Vision Therapy to get me back on track.I can’t express how thankful I am to Dr Akerman and his team for helping me throughout the past few years and understanding/seeing what I was feeling.I highly recommend Vision Therapy at his clinic for anyone struggling with post concussion symptoms.

The team at Milton Vision & Sports Vision Training is amazing! I have never had a more comprehensive eye exam and was amazed by the level of service we received. They also have a wonderful selection of frames in all price points. The team was patient and provided really helpful feedback in the frame selection process. I was also incredibly impressed by their COVID cleaning protocols. I would highly recommend!

While at first I thought my family and I found a knowledgeable optometrist. Dr. Akerman prescribed me with glasses that were way to advanced for eyes.I never got adjusted to them and actually went and gotten a second opinion to make sure my prescription was right. Turns out my prescription was quite a bit lower and did not need progressives like Dr.Akerman was so adamant about.I felt absolutely ill with them on and all he kept saying was to keep trying. But glasses should not make me so naseaous and give me bad headaches. He also gave my mother the same progressive lenses and she felt the same.After months and months of battling and thousands of dollars spent on glasses I didn't actually need for another 10+ years, I feel very disappointed that I was pushed into something that was very expensive and will not get my money back on.

Milton Vison and Sports is most certainly one of the best run eye clinics around. Both the service and technology are second to none. Dr. Ackerman is knowledgeable, professional and understands both the science and the customer. Highly recommended.
