I told virpal to keep my eyebrows thick and not thin at all, seems like she didn’t understand because she took off almost all of my eyebrows!!! They are super thin and the shape is horrible and just looks off. Everyone is telling me what a bad job she did and how my eyebrows looked better before. During my last threading appointment they told me to come back in 4 weeks (I did, then she complains that there’s too much hair, very unprofessional) I mistakenly booked with Virpal instead of Pam, please don’t make my mistake unless you want almost all of your eyebrows taken off. Also very expensive 18$ for just eyebrow threading.

I went here today just before closing. I had gone to a different eyebrow place this morning and they completely wrecked my eyebrows. I showed up here hoping they could fix them, and I was not disappointed! Raj the technician took her time and did her best to fix them up- and they looked much better than when I first got there. The inside of this salon is also super clean and aesthetically pleasing! I’ve decided to make this my go to eyebrow place. If you’re looking for a good place to get your eyebrows done- don’t look anywhere else ! Go here!

Tried this place a couple times for eyebrow threading and sadly cannot recommend it. Eyebrow threading was extremely painful as the employee was using very poor technique and ended up threading only skin a few times. When I returned home after the appointment I noticed that she had left the majority of hairs on my upper lip behind. Overall 2 very bad experiences & will not be back.

I am so happy to finally find a place where they listen to my preferences and pride themselves in every single service. They remember me and my specific needs as well, and go out of their way to build a rapport and relationship with their clients. Never thought I'd be a regular at a beauty studio, but I truly love it here.

I had my eyebrows waxed the other evening. I'm not sure what went wrong, but a layer of skin was removed under my brows. Its been 2 days now and my upper eye lids still sting. I've been religiously using polysporin to try and heal this. I'm devastated as I have a photoshoot coming up and now I have these big red raw and sore patches under my eyebrow that I cant even put makeup on as its an open wound. Will certainly not be back here.

Happy with the service and staff however I was a bit surprised to spend close to 18.00 for eyebrow threading (required cleaning only). I can understand charging more for shaping but if your eyebrows are already micro-bladed and cleaning took less than 5 mins 18.00 seems a bit too steep.

We had shellac manicures done this afternoon and both of us were so impressed with this little gem of a salon! First, Pam managed to accommodate us on extremely short notice. The ladies doing our nails were friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel very at home. The standards were super high, with health standard sterile packaged equipment being opened for each of us, right in front of us. The technicians both washed their hands when they had to get up and wore gloves while working on our cuticles. They were gentle and took into consideration that I was sensitive to certain parts of the manicure. The polish is applied right up to the top of the nail and covers the sides without any run over or gluing your skin to your nails, as we both have experienced with other places. I love my new mani and will definitely recommend Pam and her amazing salon! 5 stars recommended!

My sister and I came in for pedicures and loved this place! Great spa service with friendly staff and professional feel to the service. Excellent attention to detail, and I never felt rushed the way that I have in the past at other nail salons. I had recently had foot surgery and the person taking care of me was very careful and gentle in the manner she provided the service. I will definitely be coming back.

The best experience I have had at a nail salon in a while! I told Pam it was my first time getting gel extensions/ overlay and she made sure to walk me through every part of the service including warning me in advance about heat spikes during the curing process. Super pleased with her attention to detail and her check-ins throughout the service. Would definitely recommend this salon!

Went here for an eyebrow wax today Manbir did them. She didn’t do any waxing just threaded and took off half my left eyebrow and made it look so bad i didn’t want her to fix it and make it even thinner so now my eyebrows are 2 different sizes. She tried to blame me saying they were already thin, giving 2 stars just because the owner handled the situation very well. But i would not recommend unless you are seeing the owner to do treatment.
