They're the best! I was recommended KMS and used them for our dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. They are incredibly easy to contact and schedule repairs with, and their staff is professional and highly knowledgeable. The last repair person was Richard and he was fantastic, explaining things to us patiently and available to answer our questions. I feel confident knowing that KMS has repaired our appliances, and it was a breeze to deal with them from start to finish. Strongly recommend!

Great small business that’s quite professional. Respected their reservation time and my time by being efficient. Personable technician. Great price. Quickly diagnosed the issue with our Danby wine fridge and fortunately they had the parts with them to complete the service right away.
