Okanagan Seasons Resort
Staff and management are respectful and kind even though we had a few hiccups during our stay. They accommodated properly and I don't mind the outdated furniture.... Lol.... On a superficial level it needs some repair, but it has a heart.... :)... Decent location between the airport and downtown, not close to the beaches in summer but if you're in Kelowna for work it's perfect with decent pricing for the purpose..

In the winter , this place offers monthly rates . This can be useful if you have visitors that are staying for an extended period of time. I have had the opportunity to stay at the Okanogan resort on two occasions. Both times my stay was enjoyable for a variety of reasons.The pool and hot tub are well kept as is the property in general . There is a barbecue available for guests to use anytime.My favorite part of staying there is the park like area in the center of the resort , it is accessible from almost every suite.Due to recent events , the great complimentary breakfast that was served has not been restarted . I hope they decide to offer this service again in the future.As an aside , Joey (my chihuahua) really enjoyed his time playing in the park .

After staying at OKanagan Seasons Resort 3x prior to last weekend, I was extremely disappointed in regards to a wide plethora of inconsistencies.*I requested a room with a separate bedroom; I gave examples: room 224, 334; repeating that the bed needs to be separate. 2nd adult will sleep on the pull-out.*I arrived; given a 2 bed room without a separation.*TV not working, door screen broken, mold on bathroom floor, stained chair, and the list goes on.*I immediately went to the office and voiced my concerns. I was notified then (2:30pm) that maintenance will be sent to my room to take care of the TV and bring a microwave. (requested by ph. reservation)*Microwave dropped off at 3:15; no TV maintenance as this gentlemen was unsure how to fix,,,,*I went back to office at 4pm; I was told again to wait for maintenance. The gentleman in the office was now frustrated that he was dealing with an unsatisfied customer. He took me to another room where the TV was working. I said, No

I stayed here for 4 nights starting april 13.The front desk staff Savy has great customer service ,he was very pleasant and helpful, dispite a few hiccups on my end .my experience here was a very pleasant experience I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kelowna. Love the locationThanks okanagan seaons resort.Love love love the location. Its close to alot of restaurants and stores.

Staff are very friendly and go to lengths to make you happy. Sure it's ancient but the basics are clean! I'm a light sleeper but it's been quiet for a month except on 2 occasions but staff shut it down when I complained. It's convenient to everything!

Decent and clean rooms. Rooms have been recently renoed.stayed in ả standard room but they have kitchen units as well.indoor and out door pool and gym.breakfast is not offered as of the moment, but no big deal.will definitely stay here again

My second review as the saga continues. Not only was I told they were calling the cops on my noise complaint (which seemed extreme and made me wonder what was happening), I then saw through the windows on my way to my new room it was just a bunch of the motels friends/family hanging out making noise past their 10pm quiet hour (which they get you to sign a waiver when you check in that you will abide by. Oh the irony). So they obviously told me the cops were called just to placate me and divert my request for quiet. And in my rush to leave to a new room I left a shirt and sweater behind. They now say it’s not there and no one can find it. This place is a joke.
