I got fixed motherboard of my I phone 11 from A2Z phones. It worked fine for one month and after that, phone had the same problem again . I went to shop to tell them about same problem. They said they don’t give any warranty to any work. So they said, they will charge 300$ again to fix the same problem. I don not get why they have i phone repair shop , when they can’t repair i phone. Keep asking more money to fix the same problem , which they should have fixed correctly on first time . They feel no shame about customer coming back to fix same problem. They starts arguing with you

Shattered my Nexus 5's screen and they were able to replace it the same day it happened! First quoted me $110 but then said if I bought it in by closing time that day, they would change it for $95 which is a better price than any other place I had called, great working hours to provide service to people that work days, so far my new screen and glass protector is working fine, haven't dropped it yet though. Only downside is they do not offer a warranty so they lose a star for that, but they fully test the touch screen capabilities and functionality of the phone itself (calling, camera, sound, etc) after they replace the screen, and even cleaned out my speakers and earpiece. After paying they gave me a 20% off coupon for various items throughout the store. Would recommend this business to anyone!

Awesome service for a iPhone 8 screen repair.my phone was repaired within the stated time with great customer service .I would recommend and will be going back if I need anymore cell phone repairs.

I was very disappointed with my laptop service, he called me that my laptop is fixed and working now, when I go there to pick, I try to sign in my computer and it didn’t work I told him it’s not even showing the screen and I had to pay $85 plus tax total comes to 101.13 dollars.I suggest people that whatever money they ask don’t trust them, once you get in the store put you tax and extra stuff money.

This review is a response to the owners of A2Z regarding latest review left by Lucky Ghotra.I understand business operations sometimes competition can leave fake reviews but calling a genuine customer blatantly false and fake is just idiotic.The issue with the phone was it was restarting again and again.(i phone 11). The phone was fixed and $280 was paid on Mastercard receipts can be uploaded if you guys still thinks it a fake review.So, phone worked for a month and same thing happened plus battery is puffed up now which is pushing the screen out of the body. I do not expect a solution considering your guys customer service in store and last reply on the review.Just try to recognize your customers concerns otherwise you will start loosing them soon.

Bought two IPhone charging cables from them. One damaged in 2 days due to low quality and when I used second one it turned the phone dead. Lady on counter told me that they will fix/update me in 1 hour but in whole day they didn't figure out the problem. Next day I requested my unfixed phone back.In my opinion their low quality charging cable damaged the Logic board or battery and the ladies in the shop were not expert enough to diagnose the problem.
