Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I used to like Milani Plumbing. I used to know the old owner but he passed away. I still remembered the old owner used to greet every customers in the Burnaby's office. The customer service was friendly and I let Milani Plumbing take care of all my plumbing issues in all my rental houses. However, the customer service is really terrible now.I booked an appointment with Milani on July 4th between 10am to 12pm. Thus, I canceled all my meetings in the morning and was waiting for the plumber to come. He did not come at 12pm. Then, Ron on the dispatch called me and rescheduled my appointment to July 5. The appointment is from 8am to 10am. Ron assured me that the technician would come and there was no need to receive a confirmation call. Again, I canceled all my meetings in the morning. I did not walk my dog. I waited until 10pm but the plumber did not come. I called twice and attempted to reach Ron at 10am. He was busy and never returned my calls. I called Milani Plumbing again at 10:45am and found out my appointment has moved to 2pm to 4pm without my prior knowledge.Milani Plumbing does not value my time. Milani cancel and reschedule my appointments without any of my prior knowledge.This is a terrible company now.

Victor did a great job with our boiler. Kind, quick, and very knowledgeable! He pointed out several things beyond the main issue that could be addressed as well, and explained the needed repairs very clearly. All around great service and a great guy!

I called Milani Plumbing to repair my gas water heater. The phone operator was pleasant and helpful. They promptly sent Drew E to our home. Drew was very knowledgeable, efficient and took time to explain the nature of the problem and his solution. His professionalism and expertise impressed both my wife and I. Drew E definitely won Milani a repeat customer.

Dmitri and his colleague installed a high efficiency furnace to replace our aging unit today. The work was done efficiently and the job site was cleaned up properly afterwards. I'm happy with the installation and will certainly recommend Milani.

Amrinder and Ryan were awesome today! We called in the morning and within a couple hours they were here. They repaired our leak quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves very well. They were super polite and friendly - would highly recommend!

They were highly professional, experienced and above all friendly. They know what they are doing and don't waste time doing it. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. They are the best in the business and their level of service is top notch. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would! Thanks Milani for once again getting the job done!

Very impressed with Milani! I'll for sure use them again. I was impressed right away with how quickly I was able to schedule someone to come by. Fernando was excellent. He was very friendly and did a great job to fix my shower. On the first visit he found the problem, and helped me save a lot of time and money by helping me find the replacement parts needed (I was able to order them myself off Amazon, saving a lot of time and cost). 2 days later I had the parts and he came back to install everything quickly and smoothly. Excellent work, thanks again Fernando!

We had an issue at work and Rob H. came and solved our plumbing problem within 24 hours! He was super kind and attentive and even made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left. We are super grateful for his help and our super happy the service we were provided. Thank you so much for saving us!

We purchased 2 Mitsubishi heat pump / air conditioning units from Milani last year.Our neighbour recommended Milani as they had purchased a heat pump / air conditioner from them the year before and they were very pleased with the product and the service.Best purchase we ever made! We use the 2 units all the time to heat and cool our home and they work fantastic!Milani did an amazing job on the installation and left everything tidy and neat both inside and outside the house. We recently had our first annual maintenance service and it went very well. The maintenance technician was very respectful and completed his work in a professional and unobtrusive manner. We barely knew he was there.Everyone we have dealt with at Milani has been great. They are friendly, professional, respectful and take pride in their work. Highly recommend Milani.
