I took a dress in couple weeks ago to get the arms shortens and the sides of the waist taken in. The lady's name is Julie (emp#334899). She told me the cost is $60 so I paid and left.When I came to pick up the dress (silky material), there were damages (nits and scrapes) all over the dress (front, back, arms, everywhere). Not only that, the alterations were so poorly executed. The arms weren't straight. They were all wonky. The seams don't line up. I honestly can't believe how horrible it is.I told her i was not happy with it and there were damages all over the dress. This dress was over $300. Her response was, you said this was a cheap dress

James is awesome! He knew exactly how to fit the suit to my measurements and made some extra adjustments to what I needed. When I got the suit back, it fit like a dream. It even came in a day or two sooner than his originally quoted time. I'll be returning, and recommending this to anyone who needs any adjustments

Took a pair of pants here to get hemmed. Wore them once and they started unravelling, so I brought them back for a re-hem which costs 5 or 6 dollars. Wore them once again and the threads are coming undone and it looks super messy.

I got my pant hemming done by James Nguyen. And this was the first time I have ever got any alterations for clothing. James was highly recommended to me and I can see why. The hemming was done really well, the stitchings blended in nicely and the colour match was great. James is an overall kind and patient person and I had a great experience. I ended up coming back and getting 3 more pants hemmed and I am really happy with the results. Highly recommend, and I will be coming back for future alterations! :)

I got my pants hemmed and suit jacket sleeves shortened by James Nguyen. My own suits that I brought with me were gone as the luggage had been lost at the airport. I bought a new suit, and I needed them done in a matter of a few days. Despite his busy schedule, he came through for me. The alterations were perfect, and my brand new suit fit me perfectly, just in time for me to attend my friends wedding. Great service, and I couldn't be more thankful!

I had two quilts that are a few generations old and were passed down to me many years ago. With many decades worth of wear and tear on them I wanted to get them repaired if at all possible. I came in expecting one could be saved but the other was beyond repair. The lady who served was extremely kind and very empathetic to how much these quilts meant to me. I can easily say she and her people (if others were involved in the repair) did a absolutely first class job repairing and re patching both of my quilts back to their former glory so they may last for another few generations.5 star service and 5 star work by the lady who served me and her staff. For any clothing or material repairs of any kind I will go back to them without question. I want to say thank you to them for their work bringing these quilts back to health. It really made my day as both these quilts a very near and dear to me.
