I’ve been so disappointed in the service here over the past year. I will never be purchasing from Hudson’s bay optical again. If you want good service, go literally anywhere else. They were unable to repair a pair of broken frames because they were “delicate and they were too afraid to damage them.” They are currently unwearable as they are. Very sad, as I’ve purchased 4 pairs of glasses from them in the past, but never again.UPDATE: I’ve been able to get them repaired elsewhere in Victoria for $30 - further proving Hudson’s Bay optical’s incompetence and lack of customer service skills.

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I purchased two pairs of glasses. The quality is very good, especially the lenses and the price was the best around. The manager, Anna-Rita was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended!
