We have our Valmar pool for over 10 years now, and are extremely satisfied customers! They are a 5 star company for sure. The team at Valmar was always professional, responsive, and we felt like we were in very good hands. That is priceless, and we will definitely use them again in future projects.

When we were shopping various companies to build our dream pool, we felt most confident dealing with Valmar to complete the project! From initial contact and getting a quote to completion of project, we dealt with professional staff and the final result was beautiful and evidently of superior quality. The attention to detail was evident, the concrete finish and the tile finish.. all done perfectly !We are looking forward to enjoying our pool for many years to come. If you are considering a concrete pool, I highly recommend Val-Mar. Their commitment to quality and attentive customer service make them a standout choice.

Worst experience! Val-Mar asked me to pay in advance to winterize my pool, they charged me $600 and a month later still my pool was not winterized. They claimed they have done the job but my pool did not have any water. A concrete pool needs water to pass through winter. I talked with different people including the manager, their answer was always the same: someone will call you back". A lot of people working in administration and customer service but no real technical staff approach us."

I believe they are the biggest players in the industry in Quebec and this was how I was aware of their existence. I shopped around with the other pool companies but ended up choosing Val Mar because they were very meticulous and professional and the price was competitive. The professionalism and after-sales care were important for me because a pool is supposed to be a source of pleasure and relaxation and not aggravation and they gave me the peace of mind that I was looking for. And they did not disappoint! A few months later, I had a small issue with the pool and contacted my representative and within days they managed to send a team, do the repair and leave and of course there was no charge for it so they really stand behind their products. I would definitely use them again in the future.
