Unprofessional service ..... My first time thereThey clean my glasses and twisted my nose pad... Return to me twisted ...I ask them .....why my nose pad twist and she tell me that was like that when i give it to her ...lol ( dishonest person and unprofessional )After tell me ...if i buy glasses ...they give me discount ....are they telling me ...my nosed pad twisted ready to break is NOT their fault !!!So i should have my eye exams and should buy glasses offf them ...lol

Some of the staff are unhelpful, uncaring and unprofessional.When I wrote to Dr Fillapnoe about their treatment toward me she did nothing. After 18 years of being her client I have switched optometrists. I would hope that health care professionals would care about the health of their patients.

A friendly place, help yourself to a kcup while you wait. Expert advice from all staff. Years of excellent service to our whole family; treats for the kids, replace frames if needed, orders come in quickly. They will do what they can to make billing easy. They're the best.

Drs. Fillipone and Cousineau are great, very professional and provide excellent services. The secretary staff on the other hand, broke a pair of my frames, held me liable for their breaking them, messed up an anyi glare treatment and made me wait longer to receive my new glasses. When i received the new pair they were obviously not glare proofed. 0/10 service and very rude when told their mistakes. Will not be returning.
