We love our new gas fireplace. Classic Fireplace was excellent. They were supportive in helping us choose a design. Despite covid conditions, they were on schedule and kept us posted. Installation was clean, quick and well done. We highly recommend this business.

Nicole is amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable. One of the best sales people around ! We have dealt with her on several occasions and she is the best! We wish more sales people could be like Nicole!

Just an absolute pleasure to deal with these group of people. I walked in and wasn't sure about what I was looking for and the ladies walked me through all the ins and outs of fireplaces. Lots to think about, but would like to commend Nicole for her professionalism and expertise.

What a great experience with Classic Fireplace & BBQ!I went into the Whitby store to see if they had a model of a Napoleon BBQ I wanted on the floor to look at. Nicole was super helpful, and answered every question I had. I didn't buy right away, but I called back a few days later, told Nicole I wanted to go ahead, and she arranged for gas fitters to come out to give me an estimate for the gas line.Shawn & Mat showed up a couple of days later, measured it all off, and explained everything that needed to be done. After they were done, I put down a deposit over the phone, and a few days later, they came with my new bbq, put in the gas line, demonstrated the bbq to me, and made sure my gas appliances were working properly. Shawn even check my gas fireplace, and it was a good thing too, as it had a minor issue with air in the line that prevented it from igniting properly. He saved me a service call come fall, which was very through. Both Shawn and Matt were fantastic in getting everything done quickly and safely, and both were a pleasure to deal with.If you are in the market, I'd highly recommend Classic Fireplace and BBQ. The service was excellent!

They treated us very well and actually gave us a great deal on a wood stove. We went to several competitors first and most were hugely overpriced. To be honest I wasn't in a great mood walking in because of the competition but the salesperson snapped me out of it.

I purchased a gas insert to replace my wood fireplace. With challenges due to the size of my fire box, I was especially impressed with the problem solving done by Karen. Karen was excellent to deal with and even assisted me on her time off and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. So impressed. I would highly recommend Classic

Went into their showroom in Whitby. Picked out a gas insert within 20 minutes, very helpful staff. They came out to the house to measure and verify the insert would work. The install was done quickly and professionally. The whole process from walking into the showroom to installed, 2 weeks. Outstanding!

Classic Fireplace and BBQ Store have outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I walked in not knowing much about BBQs and Karen and Nicole made my experience perfect. There was a small concern I had after delivery and they promptly dealt with it, and exceeded my expectation. Best customer service I have received in a long time. I absolutely love my Napoleon BBQ!

Our Fireplace insert died which was 20 years old so I decided to bring the wife to Classic Fireplace Whiby to look for a new insert. Was greeted by Karen once in the store and she was very helpful in helping us find a insert that would fit our opening. She setup a time when she could come over after her work hours to make sure the insert would work. We ordered that day and install was done quickly, the installers were also very professional and work was done perfectly. Would highly recommend Classic Fireplace Whitby!!!
