They REALLY do care and this is evident in their behaviour.Dr McLeod's dental office is one of the nicest I have been to. The soothing colours and the clean crisp environment makes for a delightful experience. It's almost like going to a spa ! :)Thank-you kindly for your wonderful service and your dedication to your patients. Truly appreciated !

Words can’t describe what a wonderful experience it has been to be a patient of Dr. Catherine McLeod and team at Embrace Orthodontics. From my initial consult, it felt like I was among the best of friends who also happened to be absolute experts in their field! Each encounter I’ve had with the Embrace team has been literally uplifting - they share in my excitement for the progress and outcome of my treatment. Dr. McLeod is the best of the best, and has the most lovely manner. She is always so thorough, efficient and caring. Suzie is so friendly, organized, and always ready to help with any questions or scheduling needs. It’s a busy practice, but I always feel like the only patient in the room when I’m talking with any member of the team. I truly look forward to my visits at Embrace and can’t thank them enough for their kindness and good care.

Embrace has been absolutely wonderful with my son and all his orthodontic issues. He now has invisalign braces and at only 8 weeks in ,the process is so easy everyday and people are already seeing a difference especially in his overbite. These braces have truly made a huge difference already and he can easily do all the care himself at 12 yrs old. I wouldn't have believed they work so well ,so fast if I wasn't seeing the difference myself. Absolutely the best choice for braces and Embrace is the right choice as an orthodontist. Their knowledge and willingness to help with an issue ,along with their prompt responses and care is absolutely amazing. I TOTALLY SUPPORT AND RESPECT THE TEAM AT EMBRACE AND COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THEM AND INVISALIGN BRACES ESPECIALLY IN TEENS .You will not be disappointed if you choose these braces for your child as it allows them so much more freedom with what they can eat and there really isn't any pain involved .Thanks Embrace. They definitely gave my son and us as parents a reason to smile.

5 stars aren't enough to represent my experience at Embrace Orthodontics. Dr. McLeod and her team are so phenomenal!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, I actually look forward to my appointments because the conversations are so great. I went to them with a crisis after having a terrible experience undergoing treatment at a different organization. They were so quick to assist me and set up a new plan to meet my goals. It's so refreshing to have people evidently care about your experience and your results. I'm only 4 months into my treatment but things are moving faster than expected and that's fabulous news to me! If you were looking for a sign of where to get orthodontic treatment, this is it. I'm excited to see the end result but luckily the journey is very pleasant thanks to this wonderful team!

I had three consultations at three different clinics. Choosing Embrace was the best decision I made. Amazing staff & dentists that go above and beyond for you. They explain how the appointment will go and will answer any questions you may have. Shoutout to Susie the receptionist for being so positive and welcoming. I’m truly grateful I chose Embrace, I highly recommend them. Thank you all.

If you're paying out of pocket, question everything you're told. Be attentive during the initial appointment as you'll be given a lot of information. Don't make decisions on the spot. Give yourself a few days to digest the information and ask around.Here's my case:1) They had scheduled the braces removal weeks apart from the retainers scan.- Given the fact that teeth shift quickly without retainers, I can safely assume that they wanted my teeth to shift so I would have to pay them to fix them again.2) The orthodontist told me that I needed to have the braces cement cleaned because the retainers she just made are ill-fitting.- The scanning was done when I had my braces on, so the retainers were designed to be ill-fitting anyways.3) When I got the braces cement cleaned at my dentist, the dentist told me that I may have some small cavities on my wisdom tooth. A few days later, the orthodontist checked with the dentist that the cement cleaning was done. Then, the orthodontist asked to have the cavities cleaned before we can schedule another scan.- The initial reason why I had to go to the dentist was because of the cement. Why add another condition now? Is it a network to have everybody make money off this situation or is it to have me wear retainers?I understand how businesses work, but was all this pure coincidence? Is it a case of mismanagement? Dishonesty? Bad luck on my part? I don't know. I leave this here for you to judge for yourself.

Everyone is very energetic, the place is very cozy. Really recommend going here. Love the outcome of the teeth!

I would highly recommend embrace orthodontics to anyone who is looking for excellent orthodontic service. Dr.McLeod is incredible and so is her staff and facility. She is clearly an expert at her craft, very caring, patient and thorough. I really appreciated her wonderful ability to explain all procedures with great detail before each appointment; this brought me great comfort with each visit I had.The staff is remarkable as well, especially during this time of COVID-19. I thought the staff was phenomenal in relaying updates fast and efficiently and providing a sense of wariness throughout this difficult period.I can’t say enough about the positive experience I have had at this clinic for the past 3 years. I’m confident in saying that embrace orthodontics is the best place for orthodontic care in Halifax and anyone who decides to be a patient at this clinic will not be disappointed.

Love the progress I’m seeing in my teeth!. The girls are always so friendly and welcoming. The lovely front desk lady always greets me by name. Outstanding customer service and the cleanliness is incredible!!!! Thanks for everything!!!
