I can't say enough great things about this company. Everyone was really helpful, they called me to confirm what I wanted to ensure I was ordering thr right product for me and to get me the best price, and they were really fast! Also the stamp looks awesome.

I work in a very fast-paced administrative environment; which requires me to provide my signature on multiple documents a day. As I also suffer from carpal tunnel, this can become quite an ordeal, often leading to acute pain after repetitive use of my dominant hand.In order to reduce the amount of stress my signature produces on my wrist, I reached out to Toronto Stamp and was relieved to find a solution was available. Toronto Stamp created a personalized stamp of my signature which greatly improved the speed I authorize documentation; it is clear, authentic and looks identical to that of my original signature using a pen - because it is! The pain from my carpal tunnel has been significantly reduced as well.As a Health & Safety Coordinator, I'm always seeking ways to reduce the stress workplaces can have on an individual, especially to their physical health. With musculoskeletal disorders on the rise, this provided a simple and ergonomic solution that has truly benefited me.Thank you Toronto Stamp - especially Jimmy Williams. I placed an order for a custom stamp late night Thursday, got a call Friday morning and it was ready same day by 4PM. Not even 24hr, the service was quick, professional, polite, and I got exactly what I imagined. Pricing is extremely fair - I’m happy to have found a local stamp maker. Will definitely be coming here for everything, and recommending my friends.A warning though - once you get a custom stamp, it’s addicting to stamp everything you have. Haha !

Unbelievably amazing service. I had called Toronto Stamp to see if I place an order online if they could accommodate to a crazy turnaround. Not only were they able to accommodate to my needs, they even called back to suggest a better option of my order and steps to ensure that they get it done for me on time.Highly recommend this place!

I ordered a few things from this place, 2 out of 3 things were correct. They sent me one stamp pad that was incorrect, so I called them asking them to replace it and how I could go about sending the wrong one back to them. The man I spoke to didn't seem to care at all that I received the wrong item - all he cared about was figuring out HOW it happened (who cares how it happened? Just accept that it happened and fix it.)He called me three times in a row. Once was to confirm the business name, then he said he would call back after he had already spent five minutes on the phone with me trying to find my order in their system.He called back the second time, said he found the order, then rambled on about how strange it was that I was sent the wrong thing. He then said he would look to see if they had the stamp pad I actually ordered in stock and call me back.He called back the third time to tell me they didn't have it in stock and then tried to act like I didn't know what I was doing and that the pad they sent me should have fit in my stamp (it didn't!). I had to repeat the pad number about 5 times to him before he finally accepted that it was truly the incorrect one. He said he would look into ordering the correct pad and call me back.He never called back. I sent an email to the person who handled my transaction requesting that he get in touch with me again. He never did.I then received a call from a woman who was very nice and helpful, she told me that she would be handling it from here on. She informed me that she had ordered the new pad, and was sending it to me right away, and that I could just keep the incorrect one since it wasn't worth spending the return postage on it.3 weeks later and guess who still hasn't received anything from this company!! Definitely will not be buying from them again. Their customer service is truly horrid.Edit: I would also like to add that after posting this review, I received a phone call from the company about it. I was then informed that my item shipped out 10 days ago via regular mail; however, I JUST received shipping confirmation from FedEx this morning. I'm sure this company would be great to deal with if your order was correct, but their customer service for incorrect orders needs some serious help. Save your money, it's not worth the hassle.

The team at Toronto Stamp deserve 10 stars out of 5 !They jumped through hoops for me recently on a time sensitive custom engraving job.Efficient, Fast, Friendly. I highly recommend them.
